Abstract
Pengamatan ini menggunakan metode observasi dengan melihat langsung bagaimana prosedur klaim jaminan hari tua pada aplikasi jamsostek mobile berlangsung. Penulis melakukan observasi dengan kegiatan magang selama 5 bulan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta. Efektivitas merupakan unsur pokok untuk mencapai suatu tujuan atau sasaran yang telah ditentukan didalam suatu organisasi, kegiatan ataupun program. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa efektivitas prosedur pengajuan klaim jaminan hari tua pada aplikasi jamsostek mobile di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Yogyakarta belum efektif sesuai dengan rencana, terutama dalam segi sosialisasi program yang belum maksimal, hal ini dikarenakan sosialisasi ke masyarakat dan penyampaian informasinya tidak menyeluruh. Namun beberapa indikator yang sudah tercapai yaitu ketepatan sasaran, pencapaian tujuan program dan pemantauan program yang telah tercapai sesuai rencana. Diharapkan kedepannya BPJS Ketenagakerjaan lebih mengoptimalkan programnya dari segala aspek demi tercapainya visi misi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
English Abstract
This observation uses an observation method by directly seeing how the Old Day Guarantee claim procedure in the mobile Jamsostek application takes place. The author observed with an internship activity for 6 months at the Social Security Agency of the Yogyakarta Branch Office. Effectiveness is a key element in achieving a defined goal or goal within an organization, activity or program. The results of this study can be seen that the effectiveness of the old-age guarantee claim application procedure in the mobile Jamsostek application at the Yogyakarta Employment Agency (BPJS) has not been effective as planned, especially in terms of the socialization of the program, this is because socialization to the community and the transmission of information is not comprehensive. However, some of the indicators that have been achieved are target accuracy, achievement of program goals and monitoring of programs that have been achieved as planned. It is hoped that in the future BPJS Employment will further optimize its program from all aspects to achieve mission vision in improving service to the community.
