Abstract

Aplikasi survei telah menjadi salah satu aplikasi yang penting di bidang pendidikan khususnya di lingkungan sekolah. Sayangnya, kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan indonesia masih belum memiliki aplikasi yang bisa memenuhi hal tersebut yang menjadikan aplikasi pihak ketiga adalah jalan keluar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembuatan survei. Namun, beberapa aplikasi pihak tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan kemendikbud dalam pembuatan survei. Maka, dibutuhkan penelitian untuk mengetahui aplikasi mana yang paling memungkinkan untuk digunakan di lingkungan kemendikbud. Pada evaluasi subjektif, dari akumulasi parameter usefulness, usability dan desirability, aplikasi typeform menjadi aplikasi dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu 50,99 dibandingkan google form dengan nilai 49,43 dan surveymonkey dengan nilai 44,31. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi objektif dari tingkat efektifitas dengan parameter task completed dan error during task performance, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi typeform lebih unggul dibanding google form dan surveymonkey. Hal ini dikarenakan nilai akumulasi aplikasi typeform dari dua parameter tersebut lebih baik dari dua aplikasi lainnya. Namun, berbeda dengan tingkat efisiensi dengan parameter time on task dan number of clicks, akumulasi nilai yang didapatkan oleh aplikasi google form menjadi lebih unggul dibanding dua aplikasi lainnya. Hasil evaluasi subjektif dan objektif diperoleh dari 21 responden (Guru) yang berada di tingkat pendidikan SD, SMP dan SMA di Kota Malang.

English Abstract

Survey applications have become one of the important applications in the field of education, especially in the school environment. Unfortunately, the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture still does not have an application that can fulfill this. So third party applications are a way out to meet the needs of making surveys. However, several party applications were unable to meet the needs of the Ministry of Education and Culture in making surveys. So, research is needed to find out which applications are most likely to be used in the Ministry of Education and Culture environment. In the subjective evaluation, from the accumulation of usefulness, usability and desirability parameters, Typeform was the application with the highest score, namely 50,99 compared to Google Form with a score of 49,43 and SurveyMonkey with a score of 44,31. Based on the results of an objective evaluation of the level of effectiveness with the parameters task completed and errors during task performance, it can be concluded that typeform is superior to google form and surveymonkey. This is because the typeform application's accumulated value of these two parameters is better than the other two applications. However, in contrast to the level of efficiency with the time on task and number of clicks parameters, the accumulated value obtained by the Google Forms application is superior to the other two applications. Subjective and objective evaluation results were obtained from 21 respondents (teachers) at the elementary, middle and high school education levels in Malang City.
