Abstract
QRIS merupakan salah satu metode pembayaran non-tunai dengan jumlah merchant terdaftar sebanyak 29,4 juta. Sebanyak 99% pendaftar merupakan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Secara umum UMKM menggunakan QRIS dengan metode merchant presented mode (MPM), yakni metode kode QR disediakan oleh merchant. Sayangnya UMKM kurang memahami jika metode tersebut memiliki 2 jenis QRIS dengan keunggulan tersendiri, QRIS Statis dengan kepraktisannya dan QRIS Dinamis dengan kecepatannya. Pemilihan jenis QRIS yang tidak tepat menghasilakan proses penumpukan antrian dalam melakukan pembayaran, antrian panjang dapat membuat pengalaman berbelanja pelanggan tidak memuaskan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian yang membahas mengenai jenis QRIS yang mampu membantu UMKM dalam mengefisiensikan proses bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini membandingkan waktu dan jumlah step yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan satu transaksi menggunakan pembayaran QRIS. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membagi karakteristik nominal menjadi tetap dan beda, lalu diuji menggunakan uji beda non-parametrik Wilcoxon dengan 60 sampel. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa QRIS Dinamis dengan nominal yang beda dapat mempercepat proses transaksi dibandingkan QRIS Statis, dan jumlah step tidak memengaruhi kecepatan QRIS. Dengan hasil kesimpulan tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis UMKM.
English Abstract
QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is one of the noncash payment methods with a registered merchant count of 29.4 million. A total of 99% of registrants consist of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Generally, MSMEs utilize QRIS with the merchant presented mode (MPM), wherein the QR code method is provided by the merchant. Unfortunately, MSMEs lack understanding that this method encompasses two types of QRIS, each with its distinct advantages: Static QRIS for its practicality and Dynamic QRIS for its speed. The improper selection of QRIS types results in queue buildup during the payment process, and long queues can lead to an unsatisfactory shopping experience for customers. Therefore, research is necessary to discuss the type of QRIS that can help MSMEs streamline their business processes. This research compares the time and the number of steps required to complete a transaction using QRIS payments. The research divides nominal characteristics into fixed and different, then tests them using the non-parametric Wilcoxon test with a sample size of 60. Thus, it can be concluded that Dynamic QRIS with varying nominal values can expedite transaction processes compared to Static QRIS, and the number of steps does not affect QRIS speed. With these conclusions, it is hoped that the efficiency of MSME business processes can be enhanced.
