Abstract

Latar Belakang : Gagal Ginjal kronik kini sudah menjadi masalah serius bagi masyarakat Dunia, bahkan penyakit ini menjadi penyakit dengan peringkat paling mematikan nomor 4 di dunia. Dalam penanganannya perlu dilakukan hemodialisis yang mana hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh pada status nutrisi pasien. Tujuan : Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat perbedaan status nutrisi pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisis antara Blood Flow Rate rendah dan juga tinggi. Metode : Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode observasional dengan menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil :Terdapat perbedaan antara status nutrisi pasien GGK dengan BFR tinggi dan rendah dengan nilai signifikan atau p-value sebesar 0,000, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa H1 diterima yang berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan status nutrisi aspek fisik antara pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisis dengan BFR tinggi dan BFR rendah

English Abstract

Background : Chronic kidney failure has now become a serious problem for people in the world, in fact this disease has become the 4th most deadly disease in the world. In handling it, hemodialysis is necessary, which is influenced by the patient's nutritional status . Objective : The purpose of this writing is to see the difference in nutritional status of hemodialysis patients between low and high Blood Flow Rates. Methods : In this research, observational methods were used using the Mann Whitney test. Results : There is a difference between the nutritional status of patients with high and low BFR with a significant value or p-value of 0.000, so it can be stated that H1 is accepted, which means that there is a difference in nutritional status in physical aspects between hemodialysis patients who have high BFR and low BFR.
