Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan sekolah dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada Kompetensi Keahlian Sistem Informasi, Jaringan, dan Aplikasi SMK Negeri 6 Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kausal komparatif (ex post facto) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 6 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan 72 responden dari siswa kelas X, XI, XII Kompetensi Keahlian Sistem Informasi Jaringan, dan Aplikasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuesioner dan studi dokumen. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data terkait lingkungan sekolah dan motivasi belajar. Sedangkan studi dokumen untuk mengumpulkan data hasil belajar. Data hasil belajar diambil dari nilai UTS dari beberapa mata pelajaran produktif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah statistik nonparametrik uji korelasi rank spearman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan atau korelasi lingkungan sekolah dengan hasil belajar siswa. Dibuktikan dengan uji korelasi rank spearman yang memiliki nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05, yaitu 0,831 dengan tingkat korelasinya yang yang sangat lemah, yaitu 0,026. Dari hasil penelitian ini juga dapat diketahui bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar. Dibuktikan dari nilai signifikansi, yaitu 0,765 dengan tingkat kekuatan korelasi yang tergolong sangat lemah, yaitu 0,036.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between school environment and learning motivation on student learning outcomes at the Expertise Competency of Information Systems, Networks, and Applications of SMK Negeri 6 Malang. This type of research is causal-comparative (ex post facto) with a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 6 Malang. This study used 72 respondents from students in grades X, XI, XII Network Information Systems and Applications Expertise Competencies. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. Data collection in this study used questionnaire techniques and document studies. Questionnaires are used to collect data related to the school environment and learning motivation. While document studies to collect learning outcomes data. Learning outcome data is taken from the Midterm Exam scores of several productive subjects. The analysis technique used to analyze the data is nonparametric statistics Spearman rank correlation test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is no relationship or correlation between the school environment and student learning outcomes. Proven by the Spearman rank correlation test which has a significance value greater than 0.05, namely 0.831 with a very weak correlation level, namely 0.026. From the results of this study, it can also be seen that there is no relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes. Evidenced by the significance value, which is 0.765 with a very weak level of correlation, namely 0.026.
