Abstract

Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka atau dapat disingkat MBKM merupakan kebijakan yang dibuat oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan melalui Permendikbud No 3 Tahun 2020 (Tolle et al., 2021). Sebagai fakultas yang berada di Universitas Brawijaya, tentunya Fakultas Ilmu Komputer diwajibkan untuk melaksanakan program MBKM. Selama program tersebut dijalankan, Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Brawijaya telah menyediakan platform portal MBKM sebagai pusat informasi terkait pelaksanaan MBKM khususnya pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer. Namun, pada proses pendaftaran, pendataan, dan pelaksanaanya masih menggunakan metode konvensional dengan memanfaatkan Google Form dan Google Workspace lainnya. Penyampaian informasi dari Unit MBKM FILKOM juga masih menggunakan dua platform yaitu Portal MBKM dan grup Telegram. Hal itu menyebabkan potensi terdapat permasalahan dalam proses pengelolaan data, terlebih jika banyak mahasiswa yang tertarik untuk mengikuti program tersebut. Selain itu, banyaknya berkas yang dikirimkan mahasiswa dapat menyebabkan adanya penumpukan data dan terlewatnya data untuk dilakukan verifikasi oleh Unit MBKM. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kampus Merdeka Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada sehingga proses MBKM dapat terlaksana dengan lebih optimal, penyampaian informasi lebih jelas, dan memudahkan alur pelaksanaan MBKM mulai dari awal hingga akhir. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan model waterfall, pendekatan berorientasi objek, dan berbasis website. Pengujian unit dan integrasi dilakukan menggunakan teknik pengujian white-box, sementara pengujian validasi dilakukan menggunakan teknik pengujian black-box. Selain itu dilakukan pengujian kepuasan pengguna menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS).

English Abstract

Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka or can be abbreviated as MBKM is a policy made by the Minister of Education and Culture through Permendikbud No. 3 of 2020 (Tolle et al., 2021). As one of the faculties under the auspices of Universitas Brawijaya, of course, the Faculty of Computer Science is required to implement the MBKM program. During the program, the Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya has provided an MBKM portal platform as an information center related to the implementation of MBKM, especially at the Faculty of Computer Science. However, the registration process, data collection, and implementation still use conventional methods by utilizing Google Form and other Google Workspace. Submission of information from the FILKOM MBKM Unit also still uses two platforms, namely the MBKM Portal and the Telegram group. This causes potential problems in the data management process, especially if many students are interested in taking part in the program. In addition, the large number of files sent by students can cause data accumulation and missed data for verification by the MBKM Unit. The Kampus Merdeka Management Information System of the Faculty of Computer Science was developed with the aim of solving existing problems so that the MBKM process can be carried out more optimally, delivering information more clearly, and facilitating the flow of MBKM implementation from start to finish. This system development will be carried out using a waterfall model, object-oriented approach, and website-based. Unit and integration testing is done using whitebox testing techniques, while validation testing is done using black-box testing techniques. In addition, user satisfaction testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method.
