Evaluasi Performa dan Pengalaman Pengguna Situs Web Sebuah Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Menggunakan Google Lighthouse dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)

Abstract

Penyebaran informasi semakin efisien berkat perkembangan teknologi, terutama melalui situs web yang kini memegang peran penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Universitas Brawijaya (UB), sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, menyediakan layanan situs web untuk civitas academica dan masyarakat umum. Dalam rangka menunjang kualitas keterbukaan dan akses informasi, UB melakukan penilaian pada situs web tingkat Fakultas dengan menggunakan Google Lighthouse. Melalui penilaian tersebut Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FILKOM) berada pada peringkat terakhir dari seluruh fakultas. Hasil tersebut memungkinkan berpengaruh kepada pengalaman pengguna ketika mengakses situs web FILKOM. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Google Lighthouse dalam menguji performa terhadap single page dan multiple pages situs web FILKOM UB dan pengukuran pengalaman pengguna menggunakan UEQ. Pengujian performa dilakukan selama 5 kali dalam waktu 5 hari, sedangkan pengujian pengalaman pengguna menggunakan 67 data responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, pengujian performa menghasilkan skor 39 dengan predikat buruk, sedangkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengujian single page dengan multiple pages, dan kuesioner UEQ menghasilkan skala dependability sebesar 1,332, attractiveness sebesar 1,189, skala efficiency sebesar 1,179, skala perspicuity sebesar 1,164, dan skala novelty sebesar 0,399. Hasil benchmark UEQ menunjukkan skala attractiveness, efficiency, dan dependability berada pada kategori diatas rata-rata, sementara skala perspicuity, stimulation, dan novelty berada pada kategori dibawah rata-rata. Berdasarkan nilai yang diperoleh dari pengujian Google Lighthouse dan pengalaman pengguna, direkomendasikan untuk melakukan pengujian pada multiple page pada suatu situs web serta diharapkan adanya langkah-langkah perbaikan pada situs web FILKOM UB guna meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik.

English Abstract

The dissemination of information is becoming more efficient thanks to technological developments, especially through websites which now play an important role in human life. Brawijaya University (UB), one of Indonesia's universities, provides website services for the academic community and the general public. To support the quality of openness and access to information, UB conducts assessments on faculty-level websites using Google Lighthouse. Through this assessment, the Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) is ranked last among all faculties. These results may influence the user experience when accessing the FILKOM website. Therefore, this research aims to determine the use of Google Lighthouse in testing the performance of single and multiple pages on the FILKOM UB website and measuring user experience using UEQ. Performance testing was carried out 5 times within 5 days, while user experience testing used 67 respondent data. Based on the results of the data analysis, the performance test produced a score of 39 with a bad predicate. In contrast, the results of the different tests showed that there was a significant difference between single page and multiple page tests. The UEQ questionnaire produced a dependability scale of 1.332, attractiveness of 1.189, an efficiency scale of 1.179, a scale of perspicuity was 1.164, and a novelty scale was 0.399. The UEQ benchmark results show that the attractiveness, efficiency, and dependability scales are in the above-average category, while the perspicuity, stimulation, and novelty scales are in the below-average category. Based on the values obtained from Google Lighthouse testing and user experience, it is recommended to carry out testing on multiple pages on a website and it is hoped that there will be improvement steps on the FILKOM UB website to improve the user experience.
