Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi mengalami peningkatan cepat sehinga mempengaruhi berkembangnya pasar e-commerce dengan memberikan kemudahan transaksi jual beli online. Penelitian ini mengembangkan e-commerce untuk PT. Garam Dua Musim. Saat ini, PT. Garam Dua Musim hanya memiliki landing page company profile dan masih mencatat informasi penjualan dan data pelanggan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengembangkan aplikasi e-commerce berbasis website yang meningkatkan kelengkapan penerimaan informasi pesanan pelanggan, kemudahan pembayaran, dan kendali penuh terhadap data penjualan. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan SDLC Agile Software Development dengan kerangka kerja Scrum yang dilakukan dari proses analisis kebutuhan sistem hingga kesimpulan dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman TypeScript dan menggabungkannya dengan React Js dalam framework Next.Js. Hasil implementasi berupa e-commerce yang memiliki fitur utama variasi pembayaran pada aplikasi dan sistem aplikasi pengaturan e-commerce untuk pihak PT. Garam Dua Musim mengatur seluruh kegiatan e-commerce. E-commerce dan sistem pengaturan e-commerce tersebut telah diuji menggunakan pengujian blackbox pada semua product backlog dalam proses sprint. Pengujian penerimaan pengguna atau User Acceptance Testing (UAT) telah dilakukan kepada semua aktor dan memperoleh nilai 94,7% yang termasuk ke dalam interval sangat setuju bahwa produk e-commerce efisien waktu dalam melakukan transaksi, flexibel, dan mudah diakses.
English Abstract
The development of information technology is increasingly rapid so that it affects the development of the e-commerce market by providing convenience in conducting online buying and selling transactions. This research develops e-commerce for PT Garam Dua Musim. Currently, PT Garam Dua Musim only has a company profile landing page and still records sales information and customer data manually. This research aims to develop a website-based e-commerce application that improves the completeness of receiving customer order information, ease of payment, and full control over sales data. The author uses the SDLC Agile Software Development approach with the Scrum framework which is carried out from the system requirements analysis process to the conclusion using the TypeScript programming language and combining it with React Js in the Next.Js framework. The results of the implementation are in the form of e-commerce which has the main features of payment variations in the application and an e-commerce management application system for PT Garam Dua Musim to manage all e-commerce activities. The e-commerce and e-commerce management system have been tested using blackbox testing on the entire product backlog in the sprint process. User acceptance testing (UAT) has been carried out to all actors and obtained a score of 94.7% which is included in the interval strongly agree that e-commerce products are time efficient in making transactions, flexible, and easily accessible.
