Abstract

Mutiara Home merupakan salah satu tempat yang menyediakan penyewaan rumah di daerah Tangerang Selatan. Terdapat permasalahan pada Kontrakan Mutiara Home seperti pencatatan keuangan yang masih dilakukan menggunakan buku sehingga mencatat menjadi kurang efisien dan kurangnya informasi Kontrakan Mutiara Home di internet. Dari permasalahan efisiensi pencatatan dan penyebaran informasi rumah sewa, penulis membuat suatu sistem dengan fitur pencatatan dan memberikan informasi rumah sewa kepada masyarakat. Penulis merancang sistem dengan menggunakan metode waterfall serta teknologi ReactJS Typescript dan Framework NextJs serta melakukan pengetesan menggunakan metode Blackbox dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Penulis merancang 11 kebutuhan fungsional dan 1 kebutuhan non fungsional dengan identifikasi aktor, penyewa, pengelola, dan masyarakat umum pada tahap analisis kebutuhan. Penulis juga merancang 6 use case scenario setelah merancang use case diagram. Penulis membuat 2 class diagram pada tahap perancangan dan merancang 17 desain halaman yang akan diimplementasikan saat proses implementasi. Dari hasil pengujian fungsional pada 11 kebutuhan, sistem berhasil diuji dengan persentase keberhasilan 100%. Pada tahap pengujian Usabilitas, terdapat 13 responden yang terdiri dari 3 pengelola dan 10 penyewa. Hasil dari pengujian usabilitas mendapatkan skor 1040 dengan rata-rata 80. Penulis melakukan perbandingan fitur pembukuan antara sistem dan manual. Hasil uji perbandingan fitur mencatat bahwa pembukuan menggunakan sistem lebih efisien dengan waktu 109.27 detik dibandingkan dengan manual yang memakan waktu 130.03 detik.

English Abstract

Mutiara Home is one of the places in South Tangerang that offers house rentals. There are issues with Mutiara Home Rentals such as financial record-keeping still being done using books, making the process inefficient, and a lack of information about Mutiara Home Rentals on the internet. To address these issues of recording efficiency and dissemination of rental home information, the author developed a system with recording features and providing rental home information to the public. The system was designed using the waterfall method, ReactJS Typescript technology, and the NextJs Framework, with testing carried out using Blackbox methods and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The author designed 11 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement, identifying actors, renters, managers, and the general public in the requirement analysis stage. The author also designed 6 use case scenarios after creating the use case diagram. Two class diagrams were created in the design phase, and 17 pages designs were planned for implementation. The functional testing of the 11 requirements showed a 100% success rate. In the usability testing phase, 13 respondents consisting of 3 managers and 10 renters participated. The usability test scored 1040 with an average of 80. The author compared the bookkeeping features between the system and manual methods. The feature comparison test found that bookkeeping using the system was more efficient, taking 109.27 seconds, compared to the manual method, which took 130.03 seconds.
