Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mulai diterapkan pada beberapa sektor, salah satunya yaitu pada sektor industri yang organisasinya telah menerapkan sistem kepegawaian perusahaan yang mengintegrasikan segala kebutuhan dari karyawan seperti presensi, misalnya Lembaga Penyiaran Publik (LPP) TVRI. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah yang telah dilakukan pada TVRI Stasiun Sumatera Barat, diadopsi teori Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) untuk menggambarkan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat penggunaan aplikasi yang ingin dibuktikan, seperti ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, ekspektasi performa, dan kondisi fasilitas, yang telah teridentifikasi. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi karyawan TVRI Sumatera Barat Pengguna Android yang berjumlah 109 orang. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode seputar regresi. Karena data tidak terdistribusi normal, syarat uji asumsi klasik tidak terpenuhi sehingga digunakan analisis Generalized Linear Model (GLM) yang mampu menangani data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi fasilitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan aplikasi, sementara ekspektasi performa tidak signifikan. Meskipun kondisi fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspektasi usaha, interaksi antara kondisi fasilitas dengan ekspektasi usaha terhadap niat penggunaan tidak membawa perubahan yang signifikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi TVRI dalam meningkatkan performa aplikasinya dan memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman literatur penerimaan teknologi di lingkungan kerja media digital.

English Abstract

Digital transformation has begun to be applied in numerous sectors, one of which is the industry sector, where organizations such as the TVRI Public Broadcasting Corporation (LPP) have established a corporate staffing system that integrates all employee demands such as attendance. Based on the identification of problems at TVRI West Sumatra Station, the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) theory is used to describe the factors that influence the intention to use the proven application, such as effort expectations, social influence, performance expectations, and facility conditions. This study's respondents were the complete population of TVRI West Sumatra Android User staff, a total of 109 people. This study's data analysis strategy employs a regression methodology. The conventional assumption test conditions are not met because the data is not normally distributed, hence a Generalized Linear Model (GLM) analysis is performed, which can handle non-normally distributed data. According to the findings of the study, effort expectancy, social impact, and facility circumstances all have a substantial influence on the intention to use the application, however performance expectancy does not. Although facility conditions have a considerable impact on business expectations, the relationship between facility conditions and business expectations has no meaningful impact on usage intention. The findings of this study should help TVRI improve its application performance and contribute to the knowledge of technology acceptance literature in digital media work environments.
