Abstract

PT Vasco Indo Persada adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri konstruksi. Masalah yang dihadapi yaitu terdapat pengiriman bahan baku multipleks dengan kualitas yang kurang dari target kesesuaian 95%, tidak adanya kebijakan jaminan klaim, dan keterlambatan pengiriman bahan baku multipleks dari supplier yang menghambat proses konstruksi. Peneliti menggunakan metode AHP, sehingga dapat diketahui kriteria serta bobot tiap kriteria yang sesuai bagi perusahaan dan dapat diberikan solusi pemilihan supplier multiplex. Terdapat 5 kriteria dan 12 sub kriteria yang teridentifikasi. Kriteria dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu kriteria kualitas dengan bobot 0,436. Urutan kepentingan 4 kriteria lainnya adalah kapasitas dan fasilitas layanan dengan bobot 0,281, pengiriman memiliki bobot 0,149, harga memiliki bobot 0,093, perbaikan layanan memiliki bobot 0,041. Hasil akhir perhitungan menggunakan metode AHP didapatkan nilai supplier 1 (X1) yaitu 0,313, supplier 2 (X2) yaitu 0,272, supplier 3 (X4) yaitu 0,233, dan supplier 4 (X3) yaitu 0,192. Selanjutnya, supplier dengan nilai bobot paling tinggi yaitu supplier 1 (X1) dan dipilih alternatif supplier 1 dengan nilai sebesar 0,313. Perbaikan didapatkan yaitu berupa pemilihan supplier dan digunakan sebagai tindak lanjut perusahaan dalam memilih supplier untuk dijadikan sebagai rekanan atau mitra dalam jangka panjang pada PT Vasco Indo Persada.

English Abstract

PT Vasco Indo Persada is a company operating in the construction industry. The problems faced were the delivery of multiplex raw materials with quality less than the 95% conformity target, the absence of a claim guarantee policy, and delays in the delivery of multiplex raw materials from suppliers which hampered the construction process. Researchers use the AHP method, so that the criteria and weight of each criterion can be identified which are suitable for the company and a solution for selecting multiplex suppliers can be provided. There are 5 criteria and 12 sub-criteria identified. The criterion with the highest value is the quality criterion with a weight of 0.436. The order of importance of the other 4 criteria is capacity and service facilities with a weight of 0.281, delivery has a weight of 0.149, price has a weight of 0.093, service improvement has a weight of 0.041. The final results of calculations using the AHP method showed that the value of supplier 1 (X1) was 0.313, supplier 2 (X2) was 0.272, supplier 3 (X4) was 0.233, and supplier 4 (X3) was 0.192. Next, the supplier with the highest weight value is supplier 1 (X1) and alternative supplier 1 is chosen with a value of 0.313. Improvements obtained are in the form of supplier selection and used as a follow-up for the company in selecting suppliers to serve as partners or long-term partners at PT Vasco Indo Persada.
