Abstract

PT Telkomsel Branch Malang merupakan perusahaan yang memberikan pelayanan bagi pelanggan Telkomsel di area Malang dan sekitarnya. Perusahaan ini memiliki program pemberian merchandise untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dan menarik minat pelanggan pada produk Telkomsel. Pada implementasinya, proses manajemen inventaris merchandise masih menggunakan metode konvensional yang mengakibatkan kurang efektifnya proses yang terjadi dan data menjadi tidak akurat. Dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi, penelitian ini mengusulkan suatu solusi menggunakan metode Human-Centered Design (HCD) untuk merancang suatu user experience berupa website manajemen inventaris merchandise PT Telkomsel Branch Malang. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa tiga rancangan prototype yang dievaluasi kepada tiga kelompok pengguna, yaitu Supervisor, PIC Store, dan CS Store menggunakan pendekatan Usability Testing dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Rata-rata skor Usability Testing untuk aspek efektivitas dari pengguna Supervisor, PIC Store, dan CS Store adalah 97,41%. Pada aspek efisiensi, diperoleh rata-rata skor 96,3%. Pada aspek kepuasan pengguna, diperoleh skor rata-rata PSSUQ sebesar 1,34. Sedangkan untuk UEQ, diperoleh skor dengan kategori excellent pada seluruh aspeknya, yaitu nilai aspek daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan berturut-turut sebesar 2,13, 2,23, 2,34, 2,08, dan 2,13. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam merancang pengalaman pengguna pada proses manajemen inventaris merchandise PT Telkomsel Branch Malang.

English Abstract

PT Telkomsel Branch Malang is a company that provides services for Telkomsel customers in Malang and surrounding areas. The company has a merchandise program to increase loyalty and attract customers to Telkomsel products. In its implementation, the merchandise inventory management process still uses conventional methods which result in less effective processes and inaccurate data. In order to overcome the problems that occur, this research proposes a solution using the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method to design a user experience in the form of a merchandise inventory management website for PT Telkomsel Branch Malang. The results of this research are in the form of three prototype designs that were evaluated to three groups of users, namely Supervisors, Store PICs, and Store CSs using Usability Testing and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) approaches. The average Usability Testing score for the effectiveness aspect from Supervisor, PIC Store, and CS Store users is 97.41%. In the efficiency aspect, an average score of 96.3% was obtained. In the aspect of user satisfaction, the average PSSUQ score is 1.34. As for UEQ, scores were obtained in the excellent category in all aspects, namely the value of the aspects of attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty of 2.13, 2.23, 2.34, 2.08, and 2.13, respectively. This research makes a positive contribution in designing user experience in the merchandise inventory management process of PT Telkomsel Branch Malang.
