Abstract
Pemakaman Ir. Soekarno menjadi ikon dan salah satu tujuan wisata religi di Kota Blitar yang berskala nasional, sehingga kawasan ini memiliki daya tarik dan tingkat pergerakan yang tinggi. Moda utama berwisata ke Makam Bung Karno adalah dengan berjalan kaki. Namun, terdapat permasalahan pada jalur pejalan kaki berupa konflik pejalan kaki dengan kendaraan bermotor, prasarana dan sarana jalur pedestrian yang kurang memadai, serta alih fungsi lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian kondisi trotoar dibandingkan dengan standar, mengukur tingkat walkability, serta mengetahui variabel apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap keramahan jalur pejalan kaki pada koridor Jalan Ir. Soekarno dan Jalan Dr. Moh. Hatta. Peneliti menggunakan analisis kesesuaian jalur pejalan kaki, analisis tingkat walkability, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, jalur pejalan kaki belum sesuai dengan Permen PUPR No 03-2014. Selain itu, jalur pejalan kaki mempunyai tingkat walkability, somewhat walkable atau beberapa aktivitas bisa diakses dengan berjalan kaki dan daerah tersebut dianggap cukup ramah bagi pejalan kaki. Untuk meningkatkan walkability, maka perlu ditingkatkan kesesuaian dengan standar jalur pejalan kaki. Variabel walkability berdasarkan buku Walkability and Pedestrian Facilities in Asian Cities, yang berpengaruh terhadap keramahan jalur pejalan kaki dalam analisis regresi linier berganda adalah perilaku pengemudi kendaraan bermotor. Ketiga koridor yang diteliti, variabel tersebut mempengaruhi keramahan jalur pejalan kaki. Sehingga peletakkan fasilitas perambuan dan pemasangan rambu-rambu batas kecepatan untuk pengemudi kendaraan bermotor diperlukan untuk meningkatkan nilai variabel-variabel walkability yang berpengaruh terhadap keramahan jalur pejalan kaki di setiap koridor per segmen.
English Abstract
The cemetery of Ir. Soekarno is an icon and one of the religious tourism destinations in Blitar City on a national scale, so this area has a high attraction and level of movement. The main mode of traveling to Bung Karno's Tomb is by walking. However, there are problems on the pedestrian path in the form of pedestrian conflicts with motorized vehicles, unsuitable infrastructure and facilities for pedestrian paths, and land use change. This study aims to determine the suitability of sidewalk conditions compared to standards, measure the level of walkability, and find out what variables affect the friendliness of pedestrian paths in the corridors of Jalan Ir. Soekarno and Jalan Dr. Moh. Hatta. Researchers used pedestrian path suitability analysis, walkability level analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, the pedestrian path is not in accordance with Permen PUPR No. 03-2014. In addition, the pedestrian path has a walkability level, somewhat walkable or some activities can be accessed on foot and the area is considered quite friendly for pedestrians. To improve walkability, it is necessary to improve compliance with the pedestrian path standards. The walkability variable based on the book Walkability and Pedestrian Facilities in Asian Cities, which affects the friendliness of pedestrian paths in multiple linear regression analysis is the behavior of motor vehicle drivers. In all three corridors studied, this variable affects the friendliness of the pedestrian path. So the placement of signage facilities and the installation of speed limit signs for motor vehicle drivers are needed to increase the value of walkability variables that affect the friendliness of pedestrian paths in each corridor per segment.
