Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti analisis pengaruh fasilitas terhadap keputusan tamu untuk menginap. Lokasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu UB Guest House Malang. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu tamu yang pernah menginap di UB Guest House. Sampel yang dteliti sebanyak 93 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan tamu untuk menginap sebesar 47,0% sedangkan 53,0% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor selain variabel X. Didukung pula hasil uji t bahwa t hitung variabel keputusan menginap lebih besar dari pada t tabel (8.975 > 1,9864) dengan tingkat signifikan dibawah 0,05 yaitu 0,000 menunjukkan bahwa variabel fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap.
English Abstract
This study aims to examine the analysis of the influence of facilities on guests' decisions to stay. The location used in the research is UB Guest House Malang. The population used is guests who have stayed at UB Guest House. The samples studied were 93 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study that the facilities affect the guest's decision to stay by 47.0% while the other 53.0% is influenced by factors other than variable X. It is also supported by the results of the t test that the t count variable of the decision to stay is greater than t table (8,975 > 1 .9864) with a significant level below 0.05, namely 0.000, indicating that the facility variable partially has a significant effect on the decision to stay.
