Abstract
Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pengajuan surat berbasis website pada Desa Bendowulung, Kecamatan Sanankulon, Kabupaten Blitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengembangan adalah Waterfall (air terjun). Dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini didapatkan beberapa faktor kebutuhan yang kemudian menjadi dasar pengembangan website ini, seperti kelambanan layanan publik dalam hal surat-menyurat, terbatasnya jam kerja pada kantor desa, serta kesalahan saat proses administrasi yang sangat rentan terjadi. Dari hasil tugas akhir ini ditemukan solusi dari permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut guna meningkatkan layanan publik serta mengimplementasikan EGoverment pada Desa Bendowulung.
English Abstract
This final project aims to produce a website-based letter submission information system in Bendowulung Village, Sanankulon District, Blitar Regency. The method used in the development process is Waterfall. In the preparation of this final project, several factors of need were obtained which later became the basis for the development of this website, such as the inaction of public services in terms of correspondence, limited working hours at village offices, and errors during administrative processes that are very vulnerable to occur. From the results of this final project, solutions to these problems were found to improve public services and implement EGovernment in Bendowulung Village.
