Abstract
Sistem perilkau multitasking merupakan aspek penting dalam manajemen organisasi hotel. Perilaku multitasking mempengaruhi pekerjaan seorang front liner dalam efektivitas maupun efesiensi kerja. Penelitian dengan judul Efektifitas Perilaku Multitasking Karyawan Terhadap Kualitas Kerja Depertement Front Office Di Kontena Hotel Batu ini membahas terkait bagaimana sistem perilaku ini berpengaruh pada karyawannya, perilaku tersebut berupa multasking serta kualitas kerja yang karyawan lakukan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik tringulasi untuk pengambilan data, yakni melalui wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Narasumber dari penelitian ini adalah Front Office Manager serta salah satu staff senior di departemen front office Kontena hotel Batu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh dalam sistem perilaku multitasking terhadap kualitas kerja di bagian front office di Kontena batu hotel. Oleh karena itu, sebagaimana selaku dengan pihak manajemen kontena hotel batu meningkatkan sumber daya manusia agar kualitas kerja tetap pada kondisi yang prima.
English Abstract
The multitasking system is an important aspect of hotel organizational management. Multitasking behavior affects to the front liner on work effectiveness and efficiency. The research entitled The Effectiveness of Employee Multitasking Behavior on the Quality of Front Office Depertement Work at Kontena Hotel Batu discusses how this behavior system affects its employees, the behavior is in the form of multasking and the quality of work that employees do. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods with tringulation techniques for data collection, namely through interviews, observation and documentation. The resource persons of this research were the Front Office Manager and one of the senior staff in the front office department of Kontena hotel Batu. The results showed that there was an influence in the multitasking behavior system on the quality of work in the front office at Kontena Batu hotel. Therefore, as with the management of the Batu hotel content, increasing human resources so that the quality of work remains in excellent condition.
