Abstract
Pemerintah Kota Malang menyambut baik adanya aplikasi Mobile JKN dengan mengintegrasikannya ke Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama dan mendorong masyarakat untuk menggunakannya sehingga terjadi peningkatan pengguna aplikasi Mobile JKN di Kota Malang. Namun, setelah dilakukan observasi ditemui beberapa kondisi yang dialami pengguna, seperti kendala saat registrasi dan login, fitur FAQ dan perubahan data yang menyulitkan, banyak animasi pada aplikasi, rekomendasi artikel yang mengganggu, dan kurangnya petunjuk penggunaan fitur. Selain itu, muncul keraguan terhadap aplikasi saat menggunakan fitur pembayaran dan keoptimalan aplikasi dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Kondisi tersebut membuat pengguna menjadi kurang berminat menggunakan aplikasi Mobile JKN lagi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh tingkat perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan trust terhadap intention to use aplikasi Mobile JKN. Penelitian kuantitatif ini mengumpulkan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner ke masyarakat Kota Malang yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yang mendapatkan 101 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik Generalized Linear Model (GLM) dikarenakan tidak memenuhi salah satu syarat asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui 2 hipotesis diterima dan 1 hipotesis ditolak, yaitu perceived usefulness dan trust mendapatkan nilai signifikansi dibawah 0,05 yang menyatakan kedua variabel tersebut masingmasing berpengaruh terhadap intention to use aplikasi Mobile JKN sedangkan perceived ease of use mendapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,199 yang menyatakan variabel tersebut tidak berpengaruh terhadap intention to use aplikasi Mobile JKN.
English Abstract
The Malang City Government welcomes the existence of the JKN Mobile application by integrating it into First Level Health Facilities and encourages the public to use it so that there is an increase in JKN Mobile application users in Malang City. However, after observation, several conditions experienced by users were encountered, such as problems during registration and login, FAQ features and difficult data changes, many animations in the application, annoying article recommendations, and lack of instructions for using the feature. In addition, doubts arise about the application when using the payment feature and the optimization of the application in completing work. This condition makes users less interested in using the JKN Mobile application anymore. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust on the intention to use the JKN Mobile application. This quantitative research collected data by distributing questionnaires to the people of Malang City which was determined by purposive sampling techniques that obtained 101 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using the Generalized Linear Model (GLM) technique because it did not meet one of the requirements of classical assumptions. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that 2 hypotheses are accepted and 1 hypothesis is rejected, namely perceived usefulness and trust get a significance value below 0.05 which states the two variables each affect the intention to use the JKN Mobile application while the perceived ease of use gets a significance value of 0.199 which states that the variable has no effect on the intention to use the JKN Mobile application.
