Abstract

CV Masfira merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang percetakan yang beralamat di Jl. Genengan Puri, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pada proses bisnisnya, terdapat risiko pada manajemen rantai pasok yang dialami oleh CV Masfira diantaranya adalah keterlambatan bahan baku, ketidaksesuaian bahan baku, selisih jumlah produksi dan terget produksi, dan adanya produk defect. Risiko tersebut tentunya akan berimbas pada turunya kualitas pelayanan dan mengakibatkan kerugian pada CV Masfira. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi risiko-risiko rantai pasok serta merancang rekomendasi strategi mitigasi untuk mengurangi terjadinya agen risiko tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode House of Risk yang mengadopsi konsep House of Quality dan Failure Mode and Effect analysis untuk menyusun suatu framework dalam mengelola risiko rantai pasok. Fase pertama dari House of Risk adalah mengidentifikasi kejadian risiko dan agen risiko berdasarkan proses bisnis serta menghasilkan keluaran berupa agen risiko prioritas sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam penentuan strategi mitigasi. Fase kedua dari House of Risk adalah melakukan penilaian terhadap rancangan strategi mitigasi dengan keluaran berupa urutan prioritas strategi mitigasi untuk meminimalkan agen risiko, dengan penerapan motode tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu memecahkan masalah yang berkaitan dengan mitigasi risiko rantai pasok pada CV Masfira. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh sejumlah 23 kejadian risiko dan 24 agen risiko. Dari hasil diskusi dengan pihak CV Masfira, dipilih 11 agen risiko prioritas dengan nilai Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) tertinggi sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk menentukan strategi mitigasi sebagai usulan perbaikan. Nilai Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) didapatkan dari perhitungan antara nilai severity, occurance, dan nilai korelasi antara kejadian risiko dan agen risiko. Dari 11 agen risiko prioritas, dirancang sebanyak 8 strategi mitigasi sebagai usulan untuk meminimalkan agen risiko rantai pasok pada CV Masfira. Adapun 8 strategi mitigasi tersebut berdasarkan urutannya yaitu mengadakan pelatihan atau training kepada pekerja secara berkala, melakukan evaluasi performansi pekerja, mengadakan reward dan punishment, menerapkan metode Total productive maintenance (TPM) dalam meningkatkan performa mesin, menetapkan Safety stock, melakukan pencatatan produk defect, membuat standard operating procedure (SOP) untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen, dan membuat standard operating procedure (SOP) penuangan volume tinta dan interval waktu.

English Abstract

CV Masfira is a company operating in the printing sector which is located at Genengan Puri Street, Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province. In its business processes, there are risks in supply chain management experienced by CV Masfira, including delays in raw materials, non-conformity of raw materials, differences in production quantities and production targets, and the presence of defective products. This risk will of course have an impact on decreasing service quality and resulting in losses for CV Masfira. Based on these problems, research was conducted to identify supply chain risks and design recommendations for mitigation strategies to reduce the occurrence of these risk agents. This research was conducted using the House of Risk method which adopts the concepts of House of Quality and Failure Mode and Effect analysis to develop a framework for managing supply chain risks. The first phase of House of Risk is to identify risk events and risk agents based on business processes and produce output in the form of priority risk agents for consideration in determining mitigation strategies. The second phase of the House of Risk is to assess the design of mitigation strategies with the output in the form of a priority order of mitigation strategies to minimize risk agents. By applying this method, it is hoped that it can help solve problems related to supply chain risk mitigation at CV Masfira. Based on the research that has been carried out, a total of 23 risk events and 24 risk agents were obtained. From the results of discussions with CV Masfira, 11 priority risk agents with the highest Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) values were selected as consideration for determining mitigation strategies as proposed improvements. The Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) value is obtained from calculating the severity, occurrence and correlation values between risk events and risk agents. Of the 11 priority risk agents, 8 mitigation strategies were designed as proposals to minimize supply chain risk agents at CV Masfira. The 8 mitigation strategies are in order, namely holding regular training or training for workers, evaluating worker performance, holding rewards and punishments, implementing the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) method to improve machine performance, determine safety stock, record product defects, create a standard operating procedure (SOP) to meet consumer demand, and create a standard operating procedure (SOP) for pouring ink volume and time intervals.
