Abstract

Suncity Festival Madiun merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata. Perusahaan ini sangat menunjukkan perkembangan yang sangat cukup baik. Namun belum diimbangi dengan penerapan SOP yang sesuai dengan aturan yang dibuat, penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) mengacu kepada 7 hal pokok dalam SOP meliputi efisiensi, konsisten, minimalisasi kesalahan, penyelesaian masalah, perlindungan tenaga kerja, peta kerja, dan batasan pertahanan. dimana dalam proses pelaksanaannya akan terus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan tingkat komplesitas usaha. Sehingga dalam implementasinya akan terus ditingkatkan, berikut sistem kendali manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan ini mengevaluasi penerapan SOP yang terjadi pada departement Human Resource Development (HRD) dan Head of Departemen (HOD) Suncity Festival Madiun. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan sistem penelitian metode kualitatif dengan mengacu SOP yang ada dan dibandingkan dengan pengimplementasian yang ada

English Abstract

Suncity Festival Madiun is a company engaged in the tourism sector. This company is showing a very good development. However, this has not been matched by the implementation of SOPs in accordance with the regulations made, the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) refers to 7 main points in SOPs including efficiency, consistency, minimization of errors, problem solving, workforce protection, work maps, and defense boundaries. which in the implementation process will continue to be adjusted to the needs and level of business complexity. So that the implementation will continue to be improved, along with the management control system. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of SOPs that occur in the Human Resource Development (HRD) department and the Head of Department (HOD) Suncity Festival Madiun. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method research system with reference to existing SOPs and compared with existing implementations.
