Abstract
Kasir merupakan salah satu bagian penting bagi pelaku bisnis khususnya di bidang kuliner. Dengan adanya kasir, pelaku usaha bisnis kuliner dapat memudahkan jalannya operasional usaha seperti mengelola data pemasukan dan membuat laporan keuangan ke pemilik atau owner. Disamping itu terkadang karyawan tidak luput dari yang namanya kesalahan (human error). Oleh karena itu perlu adanya sistem yang diperuntukan dalam hal pengolahan data pemasukan dan pemesanan untuk para karyawan dan owner.Sistem pemesanan dan pengelolaan data keuangan di Sosial Kopi masih belum berjalan efektif dan efisien, seperti karyawan masih harus melakukan pendataan keuangan secara manual dan juga melakukan beberapa tahap pemesanan secara luar jaringan. Bahkan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan pun masih manual, ditambah beberapa masalah yang ada ketika melakukan pendataan tersebut seperti kesalahan penghitungan.Dari permasalahan yang dialami oleh UMKM Sosial Kopi, maka dibangunlah sebuah Sistem Aplikasi Kasir UMKM Sosial Kopi berbasis Webite. Sistem aplikasi kasir ini berfungsi untuk melakukan proses transaksi bisnis karyawan dengan konsumen, karyawan membuat laporan keuangan, serta menghitung stok yang ada di dalam sistem kasir tersebut secara otomatis dan akurat sesuai kepentingan UMKM Sosial Kopi.
English Abstract
Cashiers play a crucial role in business, particularly in the culinary industry. With a cashier, culinary business players can simplify processes like managing income data and providing the owner with financial statistics. In addition, personnel may make mistakes due to human error. Therefore, a system that is designed to process order and income data for employees and owners is required.Since employees still have to manually gather financial data and complete numerous ordering stages outside of the network, Sosial Kopi's ordering mechanism and financial data management are still ineffective and inefficient. Even when creating financial reports, the process is still manual, and there are numerous issues that might occur during data collection, such as calculation mistakes. A web-based Sosial Coffee UMKM Cashier Application System was created based on the issues faced by Social Coffee UMKM. This cashier application system processes employee business transactions with customers, employees generate financial reports, and employees properly and automatically determine the stock in the cashier system in accordance with the needs of Social Coffee UMKM.
