Abstract
Haro Education merupakan bimbingan belajar yang berdiri pada tahun 2022. Bimbingan belajar Haro Education banyak belum dikenal oleh masyarakat, Hal ini disebabkan masih menggunakan media Instagram dan Tiktok dalam menyebarkan informasi mengenai bimbingan belajar dan belum optimal dalam menjalin hubungan baik dengan pelanggan maupun calon pelanggan. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diambil adalah memanfaatkan potensi teknologi dengan mengembangkan website sekaligus dengan menerapkan metode CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Dengan adanya website ini dapat membantu bimbingan belajar Haro Education dalam menyebarkan informasi lebih detail kepada masyarakat luas dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan pelanggan melalui CRM (Customer Relationship Management) dengan menggunakan pengiriman konten melalui email. Website ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP menggunakan Framework Laravel. Software yang digunakan website ini adalah Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Chrome
English Abstract
Haro Education is a tutoring system that was established in 2022. Much of Haro Education's tutoring is not well known by the public. This is because they still use Instagram and Tiktok media to disseminate information about tutoring and are not yet optimal in establishing good relations with customers and potential customers. One solution that can be taken is to take advantage of the potential of technology by developing a website while simultaneously implementing the CRM method (Customer Relationship Management). The existence of this website can help Haro Education tutoring in disseminating more detailed information to the wider community and establishing good relations with customers through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) by using content delivery via email. This website was built using the PHP programming language using the Laravel framework. The software used to build this website is Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Chrome.
