Abstract

Tugas akhir ini berfokus pada strategi penerjemahan laporan tahunan dari Departemen Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Paiton Operation and Maintenance Indonesia (POMI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan proses strategi yang muncul dalam penerjemahan laporan tahunan ini. Laporan tahunan Departemen CSR merangkum kegiatan sosisal dan lingkungan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan selama satu tahun. Proses penelitian melibatkan analisis teks laporan asli dalam Bahasa sumber dan hasil terjemahan dalam Bahasa target, serta penerjemah dan anggota Departemen CSR. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang praktik penerjemahan laporan tahunan Departemen CSR dan memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya Departmen CSR.

English Abstract

This final project focuses on the strategy translation of the annual report of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Department of PT. Paiton Operation and Maintenance Indonesia (POMI). This research aims to analysis the challenges and process strategies that arise in translating the CSR Department's annual report. The CSR department's annual report summarizes the social and environmental activities carried out by the company during the year. The research process involved analyzing the original report text in the source language and the translation in the target language, as well as translators and members of the CSR Department. This research contributes to further understanding of the translation practices of CSR Department annual reports and provides insight into the importance of the CSR Department.
