Abstract
Pelecehan seksual merupakan masalah yang masih sering terjadi di Indonesia hingga saat ini. Dengan tingginya jumlah remaja di Kota Malang, maka kasus yang terjadi juga tidak seditkit. Namun sayangnya, tidak banyak korban yang melaporkan kasus yang dialaminya. Padahal dampak dari kejadian tersebut berakibat tidak hanya pada fisik, namun juga psikis mereka. Banyak dari korban mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental bahkan trauma setelah kejadian tersebut. Selain dengan bantuan ahli, para korban yang mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental bisa melakukan metode self-healing untuk membantu agar kondisinya menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian campuran atau mixed method dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa buku ilustrasi interaktif “Heal Myself” yang menggunakan gaya ilustrasi flat design dengan warna yang kontras. Buku ini berisi tinjauan mengenai pelecehan seksual dan dampaknya, serta metode penyembuhannya melalui self-healing. Perancangan buku ini juga dilengkapi dengan adanya produk pendukung berupa poster, stiker, notes, dan totebag. Dengan adanya perancangan buku ilustrasi interaktif “Heal Myself” diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu media pendamping self-healing bagi remaja korban pelecehan seksual.
English Abstract
Sexual harassment is a problem that still occurs frequently in Indonesia today. With the high number of teenagers in Malang City, the cases that occur are also not small. Unfortunately, not many victims report their cases. Even though the impact of the incident has consequences not only physically, but also psychologically. Many of the victims experienced mental health problems and were even traumatized after the incident. In addition to expert help, victims who experience mental health problems can use self-healing methods to help make their condition better. This research uses a mixed method research method with data collection through literature study, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The result of this research is an interactive illustration book "Heal Myself" that uses a flat design illustration style with contrasting colors. This book contains an overview of sexual harassment and its impact, as well as methods of healing through self-healing. The design of this book is also equipped with supporting products in the form of poster, stickers, notepads, and totebag. With the design of the interactive illustration book "Heal Myself" is expected to be one of the media accompanying selfhealing for teenage victims of sexual harassment
