Abstract
Telkom Poperty merupakan perusahaan yang menawarkan salah satu jenis poperti terpadu yakni Property Management Cleaning Services yang diperuntukan untuk Telkom Indonesia. Berdasarkan evaluasi penilaian kinerja ditemukan permasalahan yakni rendahnya kinerja cleaning service pada 3 STO Area Malang. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing cleaning service Telkom Poperty Area Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan outsourcing bagian cleaning service Telkom Poperty Area Malang yang berjumlah 54 karyawan dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
Telkom Poperty is a company that offers one type of integrated property, namely Property Management Cleaning Services which is intended for Telkom Indonesia. Based on the performance assessment evaluation, problems were found, namely low cleaning service performance at 3 STOs in the Malang Area. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and workload on the performance of Telkom Poperty Area Malang outsourcing cleaning service employees. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the outsourced cleaning service employees of Telkom Poperty Area Malang, totaling 54 employees with sampling using a saturated sampling technique. The results of this research show that the work environment and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
