Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan spiritual, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual dan budaya organisasi melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasinya adalah karyawan PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia level II sampai VII, sampel 158. Alat analisis menggunakan SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh spiritual leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan tidak signifikan. Sedangkan pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap kepuasan kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja signifikan. Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

English Abstract

The objective of this research is to assess and analyze the direct effects of spiritual leadership and organizational culture on employee performance and the effects of spiritual leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with the mediation of job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The population of this quantitative research is the second- to seventh-level employees of PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia, from which 158 people were selected as the sample. The analysis was performed using SEM in SmartPLS 4.0. This study finds that the effect of spiritual leadership on employee performance is insignificant, that the influence of spiritual leadership on job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior is significant, and that the impact of organizational culture on employee performance and job satisfaction is also significant. Further, job satisfaction does not mediate the effects of spiritual leadership on employee performance, but it mediates the impact of organizational culture on employee performance.
