Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh rare resources dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui keunggulan bersaing di perusahaan jasa konsultan konstruksi yang tergabung dalam Asosiasi INKINDO Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability untuk pengambilan sampel, dengan tipe desain sampling sensus. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 61 perusahaan, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan software SmartPLS 4.0. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rare resources berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, rare resources berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, serta keunggulan bersaing mampu memberikan peran mediasi pada pengaruh rare resources maupun budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

English Abstract

The objective of this research is to assess the effects of rare resources and organizational culture on the performance of small construction consultancy service companies that are members of the INKINDO association in Central Sulawesi through competitive advantage. The samples were selected using a non-probability method and census sampling design, resulting in 61 companies. This study uses primary data, which was harvested via questionnaires and was analyzed using Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling, performed in SmartPLS 4.0. This study finds that rare resources affect firm performance, that organizational culture influences firm performance, that rare resources affect competitive advantage, that organizational culture influences competitive advantage, that competitive advantage influences firm performance, and that competitive advantage mediates the impacts of rare resources and organizational culture on firm performance.
