Abstract
Arsip yang tidak dikelola dengan baik akan menimbulkan masalah sulitnya temu kembali informasi dan pemborosan pada tempat penyimpanan arsip. Pentingnya informasi arsip sebagai pendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan organisasi memungkinkan untuk dilakukan pengelolaan arsip. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merapkan media spreadsheet pada pengelolaan arsip inaktif pada bidang kesekretariatan Sekolah Pascasarjana Univeristas Brawijaya. Metode yang digunakandalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumnetasi. Temuan yang ditemukan setelah observasi lapangan yaitu belum dikelolanya arsip inaktif sehingga arsip sulit untuk temu kembali dan penumpukakan pada ruang penyimpanan arsip. Media Google Spreadsheetdigunakan untuk membuat daftar penelaah arsip inaktif bidang kesekretariatan Sekolah Pascasarjana Univeristas Brawijaya. Hasil dari pembahasan tugas akhir ini berupa daftar penelaah arsip dan tertatanya arsip sehingga mempermudah temu kembali informasi arsip.
English Abstract
Archives that are not managed properly will cause problems of difficulty in retrieving information and waste in archival storage. The importance of archival information as a support for the organization's activities makes it possible to manage records. This final project aims to apply spreadsheet media to the management of inactive archives in the secretarial field of the Graduate School, Universitas Brawijaya. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are field observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings after field observations are not storing inactive archives so that archives are difficult to find for retrieval and accumulate in the archive storage room. The Google Spreadsheet media is used to make a list of non-active archive reviewers in the secretarial field of the Postgraduate School, Universitas Brawijaya. The results of the discussion of this final project are in the form of a list of archive reviewers and archives that are stored to make it easier to retrieve archival information
