Abstract

Kesehatan mental emosional pada anak adalah kondisi emosional berupa kemampuan mengendalikan pikiran, perasaan dan perilaku pada anak yang tidak bermasalah sehingga tidak mengancam kesehatan jiwa anak yang sangat berpengaruh pada emosi dan perilaku sehingga anak dengan masalah mental emosional beresiko melakukan tindakan kekerasan. Perundungan adalah tindakan agresif perilaku negatif yang merugikan orang dapat berupa penyalahgunaan kekuasaan seperti kekerasan, ancaman, penindasan yang menyebabkan cidera atau ketidaknyamanan orang lain yang dilakukan secara sadar atau sengaja berulang kali dan menjadi masalah kesehatan umum di sekolah dan global. Penyebab perundungan anak, pada faktor emosi/ psikologi anak menyebabkan anak kesulitan mengendalikan emosi ketika marah dan frustasi, sehingga dilampiaskan dengan tindakan intimidasi ke orang lain. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan masalah kesehatan mental emosional terhadap perilaku perundungan pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 174 siswa dengan metode Total Sampling. Kuesioner PSC-17 untuk mengukur kesehatan mental emostional dan Olweus Bully Victim Quesioner Revised untuk mengukur perilaku perundungan pada anak. Hasil analisis pengujian data menggunakan Uji Spearmank-Rank dengan hasil 0,001 (<0,05) dengan arah korelasi postif menunjukkan bahwa masalah kesehatan mental emosional dan perilaku perundungan pada anak bergerak kearah yang sama. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara masalah mental emosional terhadap perilaku perundungan pada anak. English Abstract

Emotional mental health in children is an emotional condition in the form of the ability to control thoughts, feelings and behavior in children who are not problematic so that it does not threaten the child's mental health which greatly influences emotions and behavior so that children with emotional mental problems are at risk of committing acts of violence. Bullying is an aggressive act of negative behavior that harms people, which can be in the form of abuse of power such as violence, threats, oppression that causes injury or discomfort to other people, which is carried out consciously or intentionally repeatedly and is a public health problem in schools and globally. The cause of child bullying, in children's emotional/psychological factors, causes children to have difficulty controlling their emotions when they are angry and frustrated, so that they vent it through acts of intimidation towards other people. This research aims to determine the relationship between emotional mental health problems and bullying behavior in children. This research uses a correlation analytical method with a cross sectional approach. The respondents for this research were 174 students using the Total Sampling method. PSC-17 questionnaire to measure emotional mental health and Olweus Bully Victim Questionnaire Revised to measure bullying behavior in children. The results of data testing analysis using the Spearmank-Rank Test with a result of 0.001 (<0.05) with a positive correlation direction shows that emotional mental health problems and bullying behavior in children are moving in the same direction. The conclusion of this research is that it shows a relationship between emotional mental problems and bullying behavior in children.
