Abstract
Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Malang khususnya oleh Aremania dalam menyuarakan aksinya ialah dengan membuat gerakan #UsutTuntas. Dalam Gerakan tersebut dilakukan dengan berbagai cara dan ekspresi. Peneliti mencoba fokus pada objek media aksi yang dibuat oleh masyarakat Malang khususnya oleh Aremania. Beberapa media aksi berupa bendera, spanduk, mural, maupun benda simbolik. Tentunya bertemakan seputar tragedi yang terjadi di stadion Kanjuruhan Malang lalu. Serta media aksi itu bertebaran di seluruh sudut Malang Raya. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana sosok polisi direpresentasikan pada beberapa media aksi yang ditampilkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengatahui secara detail representasi citra polisi yang ditampilkan pada media aksi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan berjenis penelitian yang kualitatif. Mengapa memilih deskriptif-kualitatif dikarenakan bertujuan untuk menyusun deskripsi secara sistematis, faktual, dan bisa sesuai dengan fakta. Sehingga bisa selaras dengan sifat populasi atau objek terkait itu sendiri. Dengan mengaitkan pada kondisi realitas sosial yang tejadi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa citra polisi digambarkan dengan berbagai macam. Semuanya cendering melontarkan kesan negatif terhadap keberadaan polisi. Mulai dicitrakan sebagai sosok pembunuh, sadis, tidak humanis, komplotan bajingan, pembohong, dan koruptif.
English Abstract
One of the efforts made by the Malang community, especially by Aremania in voicing their actions is by making #UsutTuntas. movements In this Movement, it is carried out in various ways and expressions. Researchers tried to focus on the objects of the action media made by Malang communities specifically by Aremania. Several action media in the form of flags, banners, murals, or symbolic objects. Of course, the theme was themed around the tragedy that happened at the Kanjuruhan Stadium last. As well as the media of this action was scattered in all corners of Malang Raya. This study discussed how a police figure was represented on several action media that were displayed. The purpose of this study was to refer to a detail representation of the police image representation displayed on that action media. The method used in this study is descriptive and the type of qualitative research. Why choosing descriptive-quitative because it aims to prepare systematic, factual, and possible descriptions according to facts. So it can be in harmony with the nature of the population or the related object itself. By hooking up with the proper social reality. The result of this study was found that police images were described with various kinds. Everything cendering made a negative impression on the whereabouts of the police. Starting to be imaged as a killer, sadistic, not humanist, jerks, liars, and corrupt.
