Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional, intention to leave. Penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap intention to leave melalui komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain variabel eksogen yaitu Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2), variabel endogen yaitu Intention to Leave (Y), dan variabel intervening yaitu Komitmen Organisasional (Z). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online menggunakan google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan 101 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Proportional Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional (Z), Kepuasan Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional (Z), Budaya Organisasi (X1) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to Leave (Y), Kepuasan Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to Leave (Y), Budaya Organisasi (X1) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to Leave (Y), Komitmen Organisasional (Z) memediasi Budaya Organisasi (X1) terhadap Intention to Leave (Y), dan Komitmen Organisasional (Z) memediasi Kepuasan Kerja (X2) terhadap Intention to Leave (Y).
English Abstract
This study was conducted to determine whether there is an influence between organizational culture, work satisfaction on organizational commitment, intention to leave. This study also was conducted to determine whether there is an influence between organizational culture, work satisfaction on intention to leave mediate from organizational commitment. The variable used in this study, namely organizational culture, work satisfaction as the exogenous variable, intention to leave as endogenous variable, and organizational commitment as intervening variable. Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires via google form. This study used 101 respondents and analyzed using SmartPLS. The sampling technique used was Proportional Random Sampling. The results showed that the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment had significant and positive effect, work satisfaction on organizational commitment had significant and positive effect, organizational culture on intention to leave had significant and negative effect, work satisfaction on intention to leave had significant and negative effect, Organizational Commitment on intention to leave had significant and positive effect, Organizational Commitment mediates Organizational Culture on Intention to Leave, and Organizational Commitment mediates Job Satisfaction on Intention to Leave.
