Abstract
Keberadaan ojek online akhir-akhir ini terus berkembang. Dengan perkembangan itu membuat keberadaan ojek konvensional terancam hingga menyebabkan persinggungan antara ojek online dan ojek konvensional. Konflik antara ojek online dan ojek konvensional perlahan mereda seiring dengan negosiasi yang dilakukan kedua belah pihak. Seperti penentuan titik jemput yang telah disepakati agar tidak terjadi bentrokan dan tempat pengemudi ojek online menunggu orderan di shelter. Konflik yang masih terjadi hingga sekarang adalah konflik ojek online dengan platform tempat mereka bekerja. Konflik terjadi karena kesenjangan yang ada diantara ojek online dan platform. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sistem kerja yang dibuat oleh platform ojek online yang mengakibatkan terjadinya jarak antara pengemudi dan platform. Kemudian dengan kesenjangan yang terjadi membuat pengemudi bersiasat untuk dapat bertahan didalam platform yang memberikan kerentanan kepada pengemudi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem kerja yang dibuat oleh platform tidak memberikan kesejahteraan pengemudi sebagai mitra. Pengemudi dipekerjakan dengan sistem yang tidak memberikan kesejahteraan pada mereka. Penghasilan yang didapatkan pengemudi setiap harinya tidak setimpal dengan kerja keras mereka. Oleh karena itu pengemudi melakukan siasat didalam platform. Dengan siasat tersebut membantu pengemudi untuk mencari keuntungannya sendiri didalam platform. Seperti tujuan jangka panjang pengemudi pada pekerjaan ini untuk membangun usahanya sendiri
English Abstract
The existence of online motorcycle taxis lately continues to grow. With this development, the existence of conventional motorcycle taxis is threatened, causing a collision between online motorcycle taxis and conventional motorcycle taxis. The conflict between online motorcycle taxis and conventional motorcycle taxis slowly subsided along with the negotiations carried out by both parties. Such as determining the agreed pick-up point to avoid clashes and where online motorcycle taxi drivers wait for orders at the shelter. The conflict that still occurs today is the conflict between online motorcycle taxis and the platform where they work. The conflict occurs because of the gap that exists between online motorcycle taxis and the platform. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the work system created by the online motorcycle taxi platform that causes distance between the driver and the platform. Then with the gap that occurs, the driver makes a strategy to be able to survive in the platform that gives vulnerability to the driver. The results of the study indicate that the work system created by the platform does not provide welfare for the driver as a partner. Drivers are employed in a system that does not provide welfare to them. The income that drivers get every day is not commensurate with their hard work. Therefore the driver performs tactics within the platform. This strategy helps drivers to find their own profit on the platform. Like the long-term goal of the driver on this job to build his own business.
