Abstract
Pada Agustus tahun 2013, Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta meresmikan pembangunan Kawasan Taman Waduk Pluit Jakarta Utara sebagai langkah mengantisipasi banjir yang terjadi di daerah sekitarnya. Untuk meningkatkan kembali minat pengguna, diperlukan perancangan kembali terhadap sarana dan pengembangan potensi taman dengan pendekatan arsitektur yang mengutamakan ekologis dari sebuah taman. Prinsip utama arsitektur ekologi selaras dengan kebutuhan dalam perancangan kembali kawasan. Arsitektur Ekologi memiliki berbagai aspek yang dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam perancangan kembali. Dalam upaya perancangan kembali kawasan dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Ekologi dimulai dengan tahap analisis dari dari elemen perancangan kawasan seperti, tata guna lahan, bentuk dan massa bangunan, sirkulasi dan parkir, ruang terbuka, penanda, dan kegiatan pendukung. Kemudian analisis tersebut dikaitkan kepada aspek arsitektur ekologi berupa stewardship, resource efficiency, diversity and choice, human needs, resilience, concentration, distinctiveness, biotic support, dan self sufficiency. Hasil analisis tersebut menjadi sintesis yang akan menjadi kriteria dalam konsep desain perancangan kembali kawasan. Konsep desain akan diwujudkan dalam bentuk desain Kawasan Taman Waduk Pluit dengan pendekatan arsitektur ekologi
English Abstract
In August 2013, the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta officially inaugurated the development of the Pluit North Jakarta Reservoir Park as a measure to anticipate flooding in the surrounding areas. To regain public interest, a redesign of the facilities and the development of the park's potential are necessary, with an architectural approach that prioritizes ecological aspects. The main principle of ecological architecture aligns with the needs of the redesign of the area. Ecological architecture encompasses various aspects that need to be considered in the redesign. The process of redesigning the area with an Ecological Architecture Approach begins with an analysis of the design elements of the area, such as land use, building forms and masses, circulation and parking, open spaces, landmarks, and supporting activities. This analysis is then related to the ecological architecture aspects of stewardship, resource efficiency, diversity and choice, human needs, resilience, concentration, distinctiveness, biotic support, and selfsufficiency. The results of this analysis form a synthesis that becomes the criteria for the concept of the redesign of the area. The design concept will be realized in the form of the Pluit Reservoir Park with an ecological architectural approach.
