Evaluasi Kinerja Operasional dan Pelayanan Kereta Api Prambanan Ekspres dan Stasiun Rute Yogyakarta-Solo

Abstract

Kereta Api Prambanan Ekspres (KA Prameks) merupakan kereta komuter yang memiliki rute Yogyakarta ke Solo dan sebaliknya. KA Prameks merupakan kereta ekonomi bersubsidi, menawarkan tarif hanya Rp 8000 sehingga diminati kalangan penglaju (komuter) dengan rata-rata 9.447 penumpang/hari. Namun KA Prameks serta Stasiun Yogyakarta dan Stasiun Solobalapan sebagai stasiun awal dan akhir masih memiliki beberapa permasalahan seperti volume penumpang melebihi kapasitas, waktu perjalanan tidak sesuai dengan jadwal, fasilitas pelayanan yang tidak sesuai standar. Tujuan penelitian terhadap KA Prameks adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja operasional, kinerja pelayanan berdasarkan persepsi penumpang, dan menyusun prioritas arahan program peningkatan kinerja operasional kereta api berdasarkan standar, serta kinerja pelayanan kereta api dan Stasiun berdasarkan persepsi stakeholder. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis load factor, headway, dan travel time untuk kinerja operasional, analisis kinerja pelayanan menggunakan metode IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis), dan arahan program peningkatan kinerja operasional dan pelayanan KA Prameks diurutkan sesuai prioritasnya menggunakan metode AHP (Analytic Hiearchy Process). Hasil analisis menunjukkan urutan prioritas 5 teratas arahan peningkatan adalah peningkatan keteraturan jadwal perjalanan KA Prameks, penambahan jumlah perjalanan, penambahan kapasitas angkut, pengoptimalan penyampaian informasi stasiun melalui audio, pengoptimalan pemberitahuan informasi gangguan perjalanan kereta api maksimal 30 menit setelah terjadi gangguan.

English Abstract

Yogyakarta to Solo and vice versa. Prameks Train was a subsidized economy train, offering fares of only Rp 8000 so that it had been in demand among commuters with an average of 9,447 passengers / day. But Prameks Train and Yogyakarta Station and Solobalapan Station as the initial and final stations still had some problems such as exceeding capacity of the passenger volume, travel time was not on schedule, and the service facilities did not meet the standard. The purpose of the research was to analyze operational performances and service performances, and to determine programs to improve the operational and service performances of Prameks train and its stations sorted according to their priorities. Operational performances of Prameks Train was analyzed with load factor, headway, and travel time. Service Performances of Prameks Train was analyzed with IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) method based on passenger perception, and the programs sorted according to their priorities was analyzed using the AHP (Hiearchy Process Analysis) method. The results of the analysis showed the order of top 5 priority of the programs which were an increase in the regularity of the Prameks train based on schedule, the addition of the number of trips, the addition of train capacity, optimization of the information of stations via audio, optimization of information of disruptions for a maximum of 30 minutes from the disruptions.
