Abstract

Pasca pandemi covid-19, sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Tulungagung terus mengalami perkembangan. Perkembangan di sektor pariwisata turut dirasakan oleh Desa Wisata Sendang yang terletak di Kabupaten Tulungagung Jawa Timur. Pada tahun 2022, Desa Wisata Sendang Kabupaten Tulungagung masuk ke dalam 300 besar Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Desa Wisata Sendang memiliki potensi pariwisata baik wisata alam, buatan, religi, purbakala, hingga tradisi dan budaya. Dampak dari keikutsertaan ini adalah Desa Wisata Sendang menjadi semakin terkenal sehingga semakin banyak wisatawan yang datang untuk berwisata. Namun, perkembangan ini tidak diimbangi dengan ketersediaan fasilitas penginapan yang mencukupi kebutuhan wisatawan. Oleh karena itu, fasilitas akomodasi berjenis resort cocok untuk dirancang di Desa Wisata Sendang. Resort dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan potensi wisata dan potensi tapak setempat. Berdasarkan pertimbangan tersebut, maka metode desain yang akan digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah metode intuisionisme dengan bentuk gagasan berupa musik yang diperoleh melalui proses kontemplasi pada tapak. Musik memiliki elemen-elemen yang dapat diinterpretasikan ke dalam arsitektur melalui teori interpretasi musik dan arsitektur yang digagas oleh Don Fedorko. Hasil interpretasi keterkaitan antara musik dan arsitektur menjadi landasan konsep tapak, konsep fasad, dan konsep struktur dalam merancang resort di Desa Wisata Sendang. Berdasarkan konsep-konsep tersebut, rancangan resort yang dihasilkan merupakan bangunan resort low rise building bergaya arsitektur organik sehingga terdapat kesatuan harmonis antara bangunan dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Hasil desain resort di Desa Wisata Sendang ini juga dapat mencerminkan kekayaan potensi keindahan pada tapak dengan menghadirkan bentuk-bentuk massa yang atraktif, dinamis, serta memiliki kesan alami. Melalui pendekatan ini, hasil rancangan resort dapat merepresentasikan potensi wisata dan potensi tapak yang ada di Desa Wisata Sendang, sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan.

English Abstract

After COVID-19 pandemic, tourism sector in Tulungagung Regency continues to develop. Developments in the tourism sector also happened in Sendang Tourism Village, Tulungagung Regency, East Java. In 2022, Sendang Tourism Village was included in the top 300 Indonesian Tourism Village Awards. This shows that Sendang Tourism Village has tourism potential for natural, artificial, religious, ancient, tradition, and cultural tourism. The impact of this inclusion is that Sendang Toursim Village is becoming more famous, so more tourists come to travel there. However, this development is not matched by the availability of accommodation facilities for tourists. Therefore, resorts are suitable to be designed in the Sendang Tourism Village. The resort is designed to consider tourism and local site potential. Based on these considerations, the design method that will be used in this design is the intuitionism method, with ideas in the form of music obtained through a process of contemplation on the site. Music has elements that can be interpreted in architecture through the theory of music and architecture interpretation by Don Fedorko. The results of the interpretation of the relationship between music and architecture form the basis for the site concept, facade concept, and structural concept in designing resorts in the Sendang Tourism Village. Based on these concepts, the resulting resort design is a low-rise resort building with an organic architectural style, so that there is a harmonious unity between the building and the surrounding environment. The results of the resort design in the Sendang Tourism Village can also reflect the rich potential for beauty on the site by presenting mass forms that are attractive, dynamic, and have a natural impression. Through this method, the results of the resort design can represent the tourism and site potential of Sendang Tourism Village so that it can fulfill the needs of tourists.
