Abstract
Era revolusi industri 4.0 membuat suatu perubahan yang berpengaruh besar terhadap segala sektor yang berkaitan denga kegiatan industri. Adapun untuk mencapai pertumbuhan serta tujuan perusahaan yang efektif dan efisien dibutuhkan rasa tanggung jawab yang komprehensif serta sumber daya manusia yang proaktif. Peran penting sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas mampu menjadi suatu dorongan dan motivasi tersendiri bagi perusahaan agar memberikan dorongan segala sesuatu yang dibutuhkan karyawan sehingga terdapat rasa engage pada karyawan. Perceived Organizational Support dan Job Satisfaction menjadi salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Employee Engagement. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Employee Engagement dan Job Satisfaction. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah populasi yang ada sebanyak 35 responden dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah data deskriptif dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SMARTPLS 3.3. Hasil analisis menggunakan pendekatan PLS menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Organizatoinal Support memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, disarankan perusahaan mempertahankan dan alangkah lebih baik meningkatkan Perceived Organizational Support, Employee Engagement, serta meningkatkan Job Satisfaction.
English Abstract
The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 made a change that had a major impact on all sectors related to industrial activities. As for achieving effective and efficient growth and company goals, a comprehensive sense of responsibility and proactive human resources are needed. The important role of quality human resources can be a separate encouragement and motivation for the company to provide encouragement for everything that employees need so that there is a sense of engagement in employees. Perceived Organizational Support are one of the factors that can influence Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction. The sample used in this study was the entire population of 35 respondents and the data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis used is descriptive data with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with SMARTPLS 3.3 software. The results of the analysis using the PLS approach show that Perceived Organizational Support has a significant influence on Employee Engagement, Perceived Organizational Support has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Based on this research, it is suggested that companies maintain and improve Perceived Organizational Support, Employee Engagement, and increase Job Satisfaction
