Abstract
Air minum merupakan air yang melalui proses pengolahan atau tanpa proses pengolahan yang memenuhi syarat kesehatan sesuai PERMENKES No. 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010. Depot air minum banyak diminati masyarakat karena mudah diperoleh, praktis dan memiliki harga yang lebih murah. Oleh karena itu dalam menjalankan usaha depot air minum, harus memperhatikan higiene sanitasi yang meliputi aspek tempat, aspek peralatan, aspek penjamah, serta aspek air baku air minum. Maka perlu dilakukan pengawasan terkait pengolahan dan pengelolaan depot air minum isi ulang sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 43 Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontaminasi bakteri Escherichia coli pada air minum isi ulang, serta mengetahui hubungan higiene sanitasi terhadap kontaminasi bakteri Escherichia coli. Lokasi pengambilan sampel air minum isi ulang terletak di Kecamatan Klojen, Kota Malang. Sampling dilakukan di sembilan depot air minum yang tersebar di Kecamatan Klojen, Kota Malang. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari pemeriksaan laboratorium mengenai ada tidaknya bakteri Escherichia coli yang terdapat pada air minum isi ulang. Selain itu melakukan wawancara dan observasi dengan menggunakan lembar observasi modifikasi pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.43 tahun 2014. Dari hasil uji laboratorium yang telah dilakukan dari 9 depot air minum diperoleh 2 depot air minum terkontaminasi oleh bakteri Escherichia coli. Dari hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan di 9 depot air minum isi ulang, didapatkan hasil berupa 3 depot air minum tidak memenuhi syarat dan 6 depot air minum memenuhi syarat higiene sanitasi sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.43 tahun 2014. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil berupa hubungan antara aspek penjamah dengan kandungan bakteri Escherichia coli, dan tidak ada hubungan antara aspek tempat, peralatan, air baku air minum, dan higiene sanitasi dengan kandungan bakteri Escherichia coli di depot air minum isi ulang di Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang.
English Abstract
Drinking water is water that goes through a processing process or without a processing process that meets health requirements according to PERMENKES No. 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010. Drinking water depots are in great demand by the public because they are easy to obtain, practical and have lower prices. Therefore, in running a drinking water depot business, you must pay attention to sanitation hygiene which includes aspects of the place, aspects of equipment, aspects of handlers, and aspects of raw water for drinking water. So it is necessary to carry out supervision related to the processing and management of refill drinking water depots according to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 2014. This study aims to determine the contamination of Escherichia coli bacteria in refill drinking water, and determine the relationship of sanitation hygiene to Escherichia coli bacteria contamination. The location for refill drinking water sampling is located in Klojen District, Malang. Sampling was carried out in nine drinking water depots spread across Klojen District, Malang City. This study uses descriptive analysis method with a cross sectional approach. Data collection in this study was obtained from laboratory tests regarding the presence or absence of Escherichia coli bacteria in refill drinking water. In addition to conducting interviews and observations using modified observation sheets in Minister of Health Regulation No. 43 of 2014. From the results of laboratory tests that have been carried out from 9 drinking water depots, it was found that 2 drinking water depots were contaminated with Escherichia coli bacteria. From the results of observations made at 9 refill drinking water depots, the results obtained were 3 drinking water depots that did not meet the requirements and 6 drinking water depots that met sanitation hygiene requirements in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 43 of 2014. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out , the results obtained were the relationship between the handler aspect and the content of Escherichia coli bacteria, and there was no relationship between the aspects of the place, equipment, raw drinking water, and sanitary hygiene with the content of Escherichia coli bacteria at the refill drinking water depot in Klojen District, Malang.
