Abstract
Pada proses perkembangan perusahaan memiliki dua kemungkinan, yaitu perusahaan akan semakin berkembang atau perusahaan akan gagal dalam mempertahankan keberlangsungan hidupnya. Perusahaan dapat menerapkan sistem peringatan dini (early warning system) terkait adanya prediksi potensi kebangkrutan perusahaan. Grover (G-Score) menjadi salah satu model analisis dalam memprediksi potensi kebangkrutan. Persaingan perusahaan merupakan hal yang wajar terjadi dalam dunia usaha. Industri kosmetik turut mengalami persaingan bisnis yang ketat ditunjukan dengan adanya peningkatan jumlah unit usaha sebesar 20,6% di tahun 2021. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu menganalisis model Grover (G-Score) untuk mengetahui prediksi potensi kebangkrutan pada perusahaan subsektor cosmetics and household yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021. Jenis penelitian merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian yaitu perusahaan cosmetics and household yang terdaftar di BEI. Analisis data dilakukan secara statistik deskriptif dengan beberapa tahapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari kelima sampel penelitian terdapat empat perusahaan yang tidak berpotensi bangkrut dan satu perusahaan berpotensi bangkrut.
English Abstract

Company competition is a natural thing that happens in the business world. The cosmetics industry is also experiencing intense business competition as indicated by an increase in the number of business units by 20.6% in 2021. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Grover (G-Score) to determine the prediction of potential bankruptcy in cosmetics and household sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. The population and research sample are cosmetics and household companies listed on the IDX. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics with several stages. The results showed that of the five research samples, there were four companies that did not have the potential to go bankrupt and one company that had the potential to go bankrupt.
