Abstract

Kinerja Karyawan merupakan seberapa jauh karyawan mengeluarkan kontribusinya terhadap organisasi yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan; (1) pengaruh Motivasi Kerja (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). (2) pengaruh Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). (3) pengaruh Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 48 responden. Populasi yang diambil adalah Karyawan Perusahaan Artha Pandaan dengan kriteria karyawan di berbagai divisi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan thitung > ttabel yakni (3,060 > 2,014). (2) terdapat pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan thitung > ttabel yakni (6,823 > 2,014). (3) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan yang signifikan Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan Fhitung > Ftabel yakni (49,567 > 3,20) dengan angka signifikansi F > sig α (0,05) yakni 0,001 < 0,05 Saran yang diberikan kepada Perusahaan Artha Pandaan adalah perusahaan dapat meningkatkan Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja para karyawan dengan cara menerapkan sistem reward dan punishment kepada karyawan agar dapat menumbuhkan motivasi dan disiplin dalam mentaati dan menjalankan aturan perusahaan agar dapat lebih meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan

English Abstract

Employee Performance is how far employees contribute to the organization which can be influenced by Work Motivation and Work Discipline. This study aims to explain; (1) the effect of Work Motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y). (2) the effect of Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). (3) the effect of Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This study used a questionnaire method which was distributed to 48 respondents. The population taken is Artha Pandaan Company Employees with the criteria of employees in various divisions. Sampling was carried out with saturated sample technique. The data analysis technique of this study used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results showed that: (1) there is a significant partial influence between work motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) with tcount > ttable, namely (3.060 > 2.014). (2) there is a significant partial effect between Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with tcount > ttable (6.823 > 2.014). (3) there is a significant simultaneous effect of Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with Fcount > Ftable, namely (49.567 > 3.20) with a significance number of F > sig α (0.05), namely 0.001 < 0.05. The advice given to Artha Pandaan Company is that the company can increase the Work Motivation and Work Discipline of employees by implementing a reward and punishment system for employees so that they can foster motivation and discipline in obeying and carrying out company rules so that they can further improve Employee Performance
