Abstract
Salah satu penerapan mekanisasi pertanian yaitu dalam kegiatan panen padi. Kegiatan panen padi saat ini sudah banyak menggunakan combine harvester karena dinilai lebih efisien, hemat tenaga kerja, dan produktifitas hasil panen tinggi. Penggunaan combine harvester di Kecamatan Rejotangan semakin meningkat, namun belum ada penelitian mengenai analisis ekonomi tentang hal tersebut. Selain itu, luas petakan sawah di daerah Rejotangan rata-rata hanya 0,15 ha, yang mana akan sangat berpengaruh pada kapasitas kerja combine harvester. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbandingan nilai ekonomi antara pemakaian combine harvester, dan metode konvensional. Selain itu, juga melihat kelayakan ekonomi dari usaha sewa combine harvester. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan operator combine harvester, dan petani konvensional. Pengolahan data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis biaya menunjukkan efisiensi usaha pemakaian combine harvester MAXXI BIMO 102 paling besar yaitu 2,53, dilanjutkan dengan metode konvensional 2,33. Nilai BEP pemakaian MAXXI BIMO 102 adalah 31,5 ha. Biaya total per luas panen dengan combine harvester masih lebih murah apabila melebihi 17,6 ha panen. Proyek sewa combine harvester sudah layak dijalankan di daerah Rejotangan, dilihat dari nilai NPV Rp 527.289.357, Net B/C 2,36, IRR 59%, dan payback period selama 1,64 tahun. Kemudian, setelah dianalisis dengan nilai pengganti sebesar 5%, 10%, dan 15% dari kenaikan harga beli combine harvester, dan penurunan upah sewa combine harvester ternyata masih layak dijalankan. Dan nilai pengganti maksimal untuk kenaikan harga beli combine harvester adalah 135,9%, sedangkan untuk penurunan upah sewa combine harvester adalah 49,4%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemakaian combine harvester di daerah Rejotangan masih lebih menguntungkan daripada metode konvensional.
English Abstract
One of the applications of agricultural mechanization is on the rice harvesting. Rice harvesting nowadays have utilized many of combine harvester because more efficient, less labour, and high yield productivity. Utility of combine in Rejotangan Sub-district more increasing, but still not yet economic research about that. Besides, area of rice fields just 0.15 ha in average, which one will be very influential on work capacity of combine. So that, this research aims for look the comparison of economic value between utility of combine and conventional method. More often, also look on financial feasibility from combine harvester rental business. Primary data gathers from interview with combine operator, and conventional farmer. Data processing with quantitative descriptive approach. The results of cost analysis shown that the business efficiency of using MAXXI BIMO 102 combine is the greatest, that is 2.53, follow with conventional method 2.33. BEP value of using MAXXI BIMO 102 combine is 31.5 ha. Total cost each harvesting area with combine more cheaper if harvest more than 17,6 ha. Combine harvester rental project have feasible to execute in Rejotangan, seen from NPV value IDR 527,289,357, Net B/C 2.36, IRR 59%, and payback period during 1.64 years. Then, after analysis with switching value by 5%, 10%, and 15% from increasement of combine price, and decreasement of combine rental wages, in fact still worth running. Maximum switching value for increasement of combine price is 135.9%, while for decreasement of combine rental wages is 49.4%. So can be conclude that combine harvester utility in Rejotangan Sub-district still more worth than conventional method.
