Abstract

Kedai kopi di Kota Malang berkembang pesat dan telah menjadi tren anak muda. Persaingan antar kedai kopi menjadi hal yang umum dan para pengusaha bisnis kedai kopi saling berebut pelanggan. Inimini Coffe menjadi salah satu contoh kedai kopi yang bersaing di Kota Malang. Kualitas pelayanan menjadi salah satu faktor yang dipertimbangkan oleh konsumen dalam memilih kedai kopi untuk dikunjungi. Kepuasan konsumen merupakan hal yang wajib diperoleh dari kunjungan konsumen ke suatu kedai kopi. Dalam penelitian ini, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Five Aspect Meal Model (FAMM) digunakan sebagai parameter uji Important Performance Analysis (IPA). Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa 79% konsumen puas dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh Inimini Coffee. Beberapa atribut perlu untuk diperbaiki dan dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi oleh pengelola Inimini Coffee

English Abstract

Coffee shops in Malang City are growing rapidly and have become a trend for young people. Competition between coffee shops is common and coffee shop business entrepreneurs are fighting over customers. Inimini Coffee is one example of a coffee shop that competes in Malang City. Service quality is one of the factors considered by consumers in choosing a coffee shop to visit. Consumer satisfaction is something that must be obtained from a consumer visit to a coffee shop. In this study, this study used the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. The Five Aspect Meal Model (FAMM) was used as the IPA test parameter. This research resulted that 79% of consumers were satisfied with the services and facilities provided by Inimini Coffee. Several attributes need to be improved and can be used as evaluation material by Inimini Coffee managers
