Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Work Life Balance (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 798 pegawai PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya dengan sampel penelitian yang telah ditetapkan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 266 pegawai PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini berbentuk survei secara offline dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada pegawai PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya, dan hasilnya diolah menggunakan bantuan aplikasi software IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial, serta analisis regresi linier berganda yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian. Diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 101.350 > 3.03 dengan nilai signifikansi F < 0.001 < 0.05, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel Work Life Balance dan Lingkungan Kerja bersama-sama (simultan) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja. Secara parsial variabel Work Life Balance (X1) memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 4.485 > 1.969 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0.001 < 0.05, yang berarti variabel Work Life Balance memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja. Variabel Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 10.594 > 1.969 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0.001 < 0.05. Pada penelitian ini juga diperoleh hasil Adjusted R Square sebesar 0.531 atau 53.1% yang berarti Work Life Balance dan Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja sebesar 53.1%, dan 46.9% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

English Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect between Work Life Balance (X1) and Work Environment (X2) partially and simultaneously on Job Satisfaction (Y). This research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population amounted to 798 employees of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City with a research sample that has been determined using purposive sampling of 266 employees of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City. This research is in the form of an offline survey by distributing questionnaires to employees of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City, and the results are processed using the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 software application. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis used to determine the results of the study. It is known that Fcount > Ftable, is 101.350 > 3.03 with a significance value of F < 0.001 < 0.05, this shows that the Work Life Balance and Work Environment variables together (simultaneously) have an influence on the Job Satisfaction variable. Partially, the Work Life Balance variable (X1) has a value of tcount> ttable value of 4.485 > 1.969 with a significance value of < 0.001 < 0.05, which means that the Work Life Balance variable has a partial influence on the Job Satisfaction variable. The Work Environment variable has an influence on the Job Satisfaction variable with a tcount > ttable value of 10.594 > 1.969 with a significance value of < 0.001 < 0.05. In this study, the Adjusted R Square result is also obtained at 0.531 or 53.1%, which means that Work Life Balance and Work Environment have an influence on Job Satisfaction by 53.1%, and the other 46.9% is influenced by variables not researched in this researched.
