Abstract
Laju pertumbuhan bisnis food and beverages di seluruh dunia tidak terlepas dari munculnya berbagai brand makanan dan minuman dari negara tertentu dan telah menjadi trend kuliner pada berbagai negara. Pola konsumsi yang dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan teknologi dan gaya hidup masyarakat merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi munculnya tren tersebut di masyarakat. Berkembang pula kedai kopi modern yang disebut dengan coffee shop karena adanya peluang ekonomi yang terkait dengan kebutuhan ruang publik dan perubahan gaya hidup, selera, serta cara menikmati atau mengonsumsi kopi di masyarakat, salah satunya yakni Toko Kopi Tuku yang berdiri sejak tahun 2015 di Cipete, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk secara parsial terhadap repurchase intention pada Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, Jakarta Selatan; 2) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga secara parsial terhadap repurchase intention pada Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, Jakarta Selatan; 3) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh customer experience secara parsial terhadap repurchase intention pada Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, Jakarta Selatan; 3) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan customer experience secara simultan terhadap repurchase intention pada Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, Jakarta Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, Jakarta Selatan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 116 responden dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel pada populasi. Uji validitas instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment Pearson dan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan data Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) for windows 25.0 Version. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Variabel Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif secara parsial terhadap Repurchase Intention Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, Jakarta Selatan. 2) Variabel Persepsi Harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif secara parsial terhadap Repurchase Intention Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, Jakarta Selatan. 3) Variabel Customer Experience memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif secara parsial terhadapvii Repurchase Intention Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, Jakarta Selatan. 4) Variabel Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga, dan Customer Experience memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif secara simultan terhadap Repurchase Intention Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, Jakarta Selatan. English Abstract
The growth rate of the food and beverages worldwide is inseparable from the emergence of various brands from certain countries and have become trends culinary. Consumption patterns that are influenced by technological advances and people's lifestyles are factors that influence the emergence of these trends in society. A modern coffee shop has also developed because of the economic opportunities associated with the need for public space and changes in lifestyle, tastes, and ways to enjoy or consume coffee in the community, one of which is the Toko Kopi Tuku which was established in 2015 in Cipete, South Jakarta. This study aims to: 1) examine and analyze the effect of product quality partially on repurchase intention at the Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, South Jakarta; 2) partially test and analyze the effect of perceived of price on repurchase intention at the Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, South Jakarta; 3) examine and analyze the effect of customer experience partially repurchase intention at the Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, South Jakarta; 4) examine and analyze the effect of product quality, perceived of price, and customer experience simultaneously on repurchase intention at the Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, South Jakarta. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers of the Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, South Jakarta. The sample used in this study were 116 respondents with a questionnaire research instrument. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with sample criteria on the population. The instrument validity test in this study used the Pearson Product Moment and the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) for Windows 25.0 Version. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Product Quality Variables have a significant and partially positive influence on the Repurchase Intention at the Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, South Jakarta. 2) Perceived of Price Variables have a significant and partially positive influence on the Repurchase Intention at the Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, South Jakarta. 3) Customer Experience Variables has a significant and partially positive influence on the Repurchase Intention at the Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, South Jakarta. 4) Product Quality, Perceived of Price, and Customer Experience have a simultaneous significant and positive influence on the Repurchase Intention at the Toko Kopi Tuku, Cipete, South Jakarta.
