Abstract
Karyawan merupakan komponen penting dalam operasional perusahaan. Salah satu hal yang membuat karyawan dapat nyaman bekerja adalah penerapan work life balance. Penerapan work life balance yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan dapat menghindari terjadinya burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan work life balance, burnout, dan kepuasan kerja, menganalisis dan menguji (2) pengaruh work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (3) pengaruh burnout terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (3) pengaruh work life balance dan burnout terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 56 responden karyawan kontrak Hotel Aston Batu. Metode pengumpulan data yang di lakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diolah menggunakan program software SPSS version 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bawa (1) work life balance berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) burnout berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) work life balance dan burnout secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja.
English Abstract
Employees are an important component in company operations. One of the things that makes employees comfortable at work is the implementation of work life balance. Implementation of a good work life balance can increase job satisfaction and can avoid burnout. This study aims to (1) describing work life balance, burnout, and job satisfaction, analyze and test (2) the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction (3) the effect of burnout on job satisfaction, and (3) the effect of work life balance and burnout on job satisfaction. This research uses explanatory research with quantitative approach. capability. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 56 respondents of contract employee of Hotel Aston Batu. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. analysis (path analysis). The data were processed using the SPSS version 26 software program. The results of this study reveal that (1) work life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) burnout doesn’t have a significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) work life balance and burnout simulataneous has a significant effect on job satisfaction.
