Abstract
Dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara kita slalu berada dalam sebuah peraturan. Peraturan pemerintah bertujuan untuk membuat kehidupan di tengah masyatakat menjadi tertib, aman dan nyaman. Seperti halnya pada yang tejadi di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini dimana saat ini masyarakat tidak bisa bebas untuk berinteraksi sosial dikarenakan pemerintah menerapkan pembatasan sosial. Pemerintah dalam membuat kebijakan ini yaitu bertujuan untuk mengurangi resiko penularan dan juga usaha untuk mencegah melonjaknya angka positif Covid-19 di Indonesia. Pandemi Covid-19 ini mengganggu segala mobilitas bernegara di seluruh dunia. Pandemi ini juga berdampak pada seluruh sektor, termasuk sektor pendidikan. Sehingga, selain pemberlakuan kebijakan pembatasan interaksi sosial, pemerintah juga memberikan kebijakan untuk diadakannya pembelajaran melalui daring. Namun dalam kebijakan ini jelas terdapat kendala, dikarenakan perbedaan jarak dan kondisi ekonomi keluarga. Pada kebijakan ini pemerintah juga memberikan bantuan kouta belajar untuk selurh siswa hanya dengan mendaftarkan nomor ponselnya melalui sekolah dan kemudian akan mendapatkan kuota belajar. Angka positif Covid-19 juga sempat mengalami peningkatan. Dalam skripsi ini, penulis membahas tentang bagaimana kebijakan pemerintah yg telah diterapkan dalam pandangan siswa, guru, dan orang tua.
English Abstract
In the life of the nation and state we are always in a rule. Government regulations aim to make life in the community orderly, safe and comfortable. As was the case during the Covid-19 pandemic where currently people cannot freely interact socially because the government implements social restrictions. The government in making this policy aims to reduce the risk of transmission and also efforts to prevent the soaring positive number of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted all state mobility around the world. This pandemic has also impacted all sectors, including the education sector. So, in addition to enforcing policies to limit social interaction, the government also provides policies for conducting online learning. However, there are clear obstacles in this policy, due to differences in distance and family economic conditions. In this policy, the government also provides study quota assistance for all students by simply registering their cellphone numbers through the school and then they will get a study quota. The positive number of Covid-19 has also increased. In this thesis, the author discusses how government policies have been implemented in the views of students, teachers and parents.
