Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan pengungkapan perasaan yang membuat orang lain merasa lebih puas terhadap suatu pekerjaannya. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam bekerja, perusahaan perlu memenuhi dan memperhatikan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi karyawan untuk tetap produktif dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam bentuk kontribusi yang baik bagi kemajuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan insentif, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja serta mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh insentif dan lingkungan kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada 82 karyawan PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insentif, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta dinilai sudah sangat baik. Selain itu, secara parsial insentif memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta sebesar 36,5% dan lingkungan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta sebesar 76,6%. Selain itu, insentif dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta sebesar 85,8% dan sisanya sebesar 14,2% dipengaruh oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta untuk dapat lebih memperhatikan dalam pemberian pujian lisan maupun tulisan bagi karyawan dan memperhatikan keamanan dalam penyediaan security bagi karyawan serta dapat tetap konsisten dalam mempetahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan baik dari sistem pemberian insentif maupun lingkungan kerja. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menambahkan variabel lain diluar penelitian ini, seperti kompensasi, disiplin kerja serta motivasi kerja.

English Abstract

Job satisfaction is an expression of feelings that make others feel more satisfied with a job. In improving the quality of human resources at work, companies need to fulfill and pay attention to employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction felt by employees can have a positive impact on employees to remain productive and improve employee performance in the form of good contributions to the company's progress. This study aims to determine and describe incentives, work environment, and job satisfaction and to determine and analyze the effect of incentives and work environment both partially and simultaneously on job satisfaction of PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research was conducted on 82 employees of PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta using nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sample type. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that incentives, work environment, and job satisfaction of PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta were considered very good. In addition, partially incentives have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta by 36.5% and the work environment also has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta by 76.6%. In addition, incentives and work environment simultaneously have a positive influence on job satisfaction of PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta by 85.8% and the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that PT Accentuates Sub Agency Samsung Electronic Indonesia, Jakarta be able to pay more attention to giving verbal and written praise to employees and pay attention to security in providing security for employees and can remain consistent in maintaining and increasing employee job satisfaction both from the incentive system and the work environment. For further researchers, it is hoped that they can develop this research by adding other variables outside of this study, such as compensation, work discipline and work motivation.
