Abstract
Tanaman padi merupakan komoditas pangan utama di Indonesia. Kebutuhan selalu meningkat seiring bertambahnya tahun tetapi produksinya menurun. Penurunan produktivitas tanaman padi disebabkan karena penyempitan luas lahan dan pemupukan yang tidak sesuai. Upaya peningkatan produktivitas tanaman padi yang tepat, yaitu dengan pemupukan yang berimbang pada budidaya tanaman padi. Pemupukan yang berimbang dilakukan dengan aplikasi pupuk organik dan anorganik pada tanah untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah, ditinjau dari sifat kimia, biologi dan fisik tanah sehingga berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tanaman padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan menganalisis pengaruh perbedaan dosis pada kombinasi pupuk organik dan anorganik terhadap sifat kimia tanah, serapan unsur hara N, P, K dan pertumbuhan serta produktivitas tanaman padi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lahan Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya Malang dan di Laboratorium Kimia Tanah Departemen Tanah untuk analisis sampel tanah dan tanaman pada bulan Juli 2022 sampai Februari 2023. Pengambilan sampel tanah dilakukan secara diagonal dan komposit setiap petak pada awal sebelum dilakukan penanaman padi dan di akhir sebelum panen bersamaan dengan pengambilan sampel tanaman. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan 9 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan sehingga terdapat 27 petak lahan. Perlakuan penelitian antara lain W0: kontrol, W1: 100% pupuk anorganik, W2: 100% pupuk organik granul, W3: 75% anorganik + 50% pupuk organik granul, W4: 75% anorganik + 75% pupuk organik granul, W5: 75% anorganik + 100% pupuk organik granul, W6: 75% anorganik + 150% pupuk organik granul, W7: 75% anorganik + 200% pupuk organik granul, W8: 100% anorganik + 100% pupuk organik granul. Variabel parameter meliputi sifat kimia tanah (pH, C-organik, KTK, N-total, P-tersedia dan K-dd), serapan hara N, P, K pada tanaman padi, pertumbuhan dan produktivitas tanaman padi. Uji analisis statistik dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dan pengaruh hubungan antar parameter dengan uji keragaman dengan ANOVA dan uji lanjut DMRT pada taraf 5%. Serta dilakukan uji korelasi dan regresi antar parameter yang berhubungan.
English Abstract
Rice plants is the main food commodity in Indonesia. The need always increases with increasing years but the production decreases. The decline in rice productivity was caused by a reduction in land area and improper fertilization. Efforts to increase the productivity of rice plants are appropriate, namely with balanced fertilization in rice cultivation. Balanced fertilization is carried out by applying organic and inorganic fertilizers to the soil to increase soil fertility, in terms of the chemical, biological and physical properties of the soil so that it affects the productivity of rice plants. Thus, this study aims to study and analyze the effect of different doses of combinations of organic and inorganic fertilizers on soil chemical properties, nutrient uptake of N, P, K and growth and productivity of rice plants. This research was conducted at the Experimental Field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Brawijaya University, Malang and at the Soil Chemistry Laboratory, Department of Soil for analysis of soil and plant samples from July 2022 to February 2023. Soil sampling was carried out diagonally and compositely for each plot at the beginning before planting rice and in final before harvest together with plant sampling. The research design used a randomized block design (RBD) with 9 treatments and 3 replications so that there were 27 plots of land. The research treatments included W0: control, W1: 100% inorganic fertilizer, W2: 100% organic fertilizer granules, W3: 75% inorganic + 50% organic fertilizer granules, W4: 75% inorganic + 75% organic fertilizer granules, W5: 75 % inorganic + 100% organic fertilizer granules, W6: 75% inorganic + 150% organic fertilizer granules, W7: 75% inorganic + 200% organic fertilizer granules, W8: 100% inorganic + 100% organic fertilizer granules. Parameter variables included soil chemical properties (pH, Corganic, CEC, N-total, P-available and K-dd), nutrient uptake of N, P, K in rice plants, growth and productivity of rice plants. Statistical analysis tests were carried out to determine the differences and the influence of the relationship between parameters with the ANOVA test of diversity and the DMRT test at the 5% level. As well as carried out correlation and regression tests between related parameters.
