Abstract
Penelitian berikut memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui serta menjelaskan pengaruh Leadership Style dan Organization Culture terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Employee Performance. Karena dalam melakukan peningkatan kualitas sikap karyawan yaitu kepuasan kerja serta kinerja kerja merupakan hal yang semestinya perusahaan lakukan. Tujuan dari hal tersebut adalah mengurangi dampak-dampak buruk bagi perusahaan demi tumbuh dan berlangsungnya perusahaan dengan optimal. Digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk memperoleh data yang diambil dari 76 karyawan menggunakan sampel jenuh sebagai sampel di perusahaan penerbit PT Zikrul Hakim Bestari. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM berbasis PLS yang dibantu software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara hubungan leadership style terhadap job satisfaction, organizational culture terhadap job satisfaction, dan leadership style terhadap employee performance. Namun juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif didalam hubungan organization culture terhadap employee performance dan organizational culture terhadap employee performance. Hasil penelitian ini membantu PT Zikrul Hakim Bestari dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
The following research aims to determine and explain the influence of Leadership Style and Organization Culture on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Because in improving the quality of employee attitudes, namely job satisfaction and work performance is something that companies should do. The purpose of this is to reduce adverse impacts on the company in order to grow and sustain the company optimally. A quantitative approach was used to obtain data taken from 76 employees using saturated samples as samples at the issuing company PT Zikrul Hakim Bestari. The data was analyzed using the PLS-based SEM method assisted by SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed no significant influence between the relationship of leadership style to job satisfaction, organizational culture to job satisfaction, and leadership style to employee performance. But it also shows a significant and positive influence in the relationship of organization culture to employee performance and organizational culture to employee performance. The results of this study help PT Zikrul Hakim Bestari to improve employee satisfaction and performance.
