Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan supervisi akademik serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SMAN 60 jakarta. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena dan konteks dalam Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SMAN 60 Jakarta. Situs penelitian berada di SMAN 60 Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SMAN 60 Jakarta terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, lalu tindak lanjut hasil supervisi. Dalam perencanaan di SMAN 60 Jakarta terdapat dokumen perencanaan program supervisi yang dibuat kepala sekolah yang didalamnya terdapat konsep, tujuan, teknik serta jadwal dan instrument supervisi yang dipakai. Dalam pelaksanaan supervisi di SMAN 60 Jakarta terbagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu pra observasi, observasi dan pasca observasi. Tindak lanjut hasil supervisi yang dilakukan di SMAN 60 Jakarta terbagi menjadi tiga kegiatan yaitu evaluasi hasil supervisi, menindak lanjut hasil supervisi seperti pembinaan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru melalui pelatihan, dan pemantapan hasil supervisi. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan supervisi akademik terdiri dari SOP/Pedoman supervisi, ketersediaan guru, anggaran/dana, sarana prasarana. Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi akademik terdiri dari penjadwalan, minim penguasaan IT, tugas terlalu banyak. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi secara umum sudah berjalan dengan baik namun belum maksimal. Saran untuk penelitian ini adalah perlu adanya pemberian umpan balik dalam kegiatan pasca observasi agar pelaksanaan supervisi bisa berjalan dengan maksimal.
English Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of academic supervision as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of academic supervision implementation at SMAN 60 Jakarta. This study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, aiming to describe the phenomena and context in the implementation of academic supervision at SMAN 60 Jakarta. The research site is located at SMAN 60 Jakarta. Data collection is carried out through three methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of academic supervision at SMAN 60 Jakarta consists of planning, execution, and follow-up of supervision results. In the planning phase at SMAN 60 Jakarta, there is a documentation of the supervision program created by the school principal, containing concepts, objectives, techniques, schedules, and the supervision instruments used. The implementation of supervision at SMAN 60 Jakarta is divided into three stages: pre-observation, observation, and post-observation. The follow-up of supervision results conducted at SMAN 60 Jakarta includes three activities: evaluation of supervision results, follow-up actions such as coaching to improve teacher performance through training, and consolidation of supervision results. Supporting factors for the implementation of academic supervision include SOP/Guidelines for supervision, the availability of teachers, budget/funds, and infrastructure. Inhibiting factors for the implementation of academic supervision include scheduling, minimal IT proficiency, and excessive workload. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of supervision, in general, has been going well but is not yet optimal. A suggestion for this research is the need for feedback in post-observation activities to ensure the maximum effectiveness of supervision implementation.
