Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, corporate governance, dan sustainability report terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas diproksikan dengan Return on Equity (ROE) dan Return on Assets (ROA), corporate governance diproksikan dengan kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dan komisaris independen, serta sustainability report diproksikan dengan Sustainability Report Disclosure Index (SRDI). Sementara itu, nilai perusahaan yang menjadi variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini diproksikan dengan Price to Book Value (PBV). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar indeks SRI-KEHATI di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020 dengan jumlah 25 perusahaan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 10 sampel yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengelolaan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa ROE, komisaris independen, dan sustainability report secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan ROA, kepemilikan manajerial, dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara itu ROE, ROA, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, komisaris independen, dan SRDI secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of profitability, corporate governance, and sustainability reports on firm value. Profitability is proxied by Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA) ,corporate governance proxied by managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and independent commissioners, and sustainability report proxied with Sustainability Report Disclosure Index (SRDI). Meanwhile, the firm value which is the dependent variable in this study is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The population in this study are SRI-KEHATI index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period with a total of 25 companies. The number of samples used is 10 samples selected by using the technique purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis methods. The test results show that ROE, independent commissioners, and sustainability report partially does not have a significant effect on firm value, while ROA, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership have a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile ROE, ROA, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and SRDI simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value.
