Abstract
Desa Plosorejo merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Kademangan, Kabupaten Blitar. Sejak tahun 2014, Desa Plosorejo telah mampu menarik kunjungan wisatawan dan menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata oleh wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Kabupaten Blitar dari adanya Wisata Kampung Coklat. Perkembangan Kampung Coklat tidak jauh dari peran aktif masyarakat sekitar yang sekaligus sebagai usaha masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Kerja sama yang dilakukan pihak Kampung Coklat dengan masyarakat sekitar dapat memunculkan sebuah modal sosial. Modal sosial ini terdiri dari kepercayaan, jaringan sosial, dan norma. Modal Sosial sebagai kekuatan masyarakat dalam kebersamaan untuk memperbaiki kualitas hidup bersama dan melakukan perubahan lebih baik, serta penyesuaian terus-menerus. Selain itu, modal sosial mampu membangun sebuah hubungan baru yaitu hubungan timbal balik atau resiprositas antara masyarakat dan Kampung Coklat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin mengkaji mengenai hubungan modal sosial dan resiprositas masyarakat dengan Wisata Kampung Coklat. Kajian tersebut dilakukan dengan menganalisis variabel modal sosialnya itu sendiri dan menganalisis hubungan antara variabel modal sosial dengan resiprositas, guna mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh modal sosial masyarakat desa terhadap hubungan timbal balik (resiprositas) masyarakat Desa Plosorejo dengan Kampung Coklat. Input data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan hasil kuesioner, wawancara dan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari hasil studi instansi maupun studi literatur. Terdapat empat variabel yang digunakan, diantaranya adalah kepercayaan, norma, jaringan sosial dan resiprositas. Sedangkan, analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Dari hasil penelitian, kepercayaan merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam modal sosial masyarakat Desa Plosorejo, dimana masing-masing kelompok responden memiliki nilai kepercayaan yang cukup tinggi. Untuk kelompok responden terkait wisata dan non-wisata, kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap modal sosial dengan nilai pengaruh total sebesar 0,491. Untuk kelompok responden terkait wisata, kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap modal sosial dengan nilai pengaruh total sebesar 0,417. Sedangkan untuk responden yang sama sekali tidak terkait wisata (nonwisata), kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap modal sosial dengan nilai pengaruh total sebesar 0,525. Keterkaitan modal sosial dan resiprositas masyarakat memiliki presentase pengaruh yang cenderung lemah. 4,1% untuk kelompok responden terkait wisata dan non-wisata, 13,9% untuk kelompok responden terkait wisata dan 29,8% untuk responden yang sama sekali tidak terkait wisata (non-wisata).
English Abstract
Plosorejo Village is a village located in Kademangan District, Blitar Regency. Since 2014, Plosorejo Village has been able to attract tourist visits and has become one of the tourist destinations for tourists visiting Blitar Regency from the Chocolate Village Tour. The development of Kampung Coklat is not far from the active role of the surrounding community which is also a community effort in improving welfare. The collaboration carried out by Kampung Coklat with the surrounding community can create social capital. This social capital consists of trust, social networks, and norms. Social Capital is the strength of the community in togetherness to improve the quality of life together and make changes for the better, as well as continuous adjustments. In addition, social capital can build a new relationship, namely a relationship of reciprocity or reciprocity between the community and Kampung Coklat. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between social capital and community reciprocity with Kampung Coklat Tourism. The study was carried out by analyzing the social capital variable itself and analyzing the relationship between the social capital variable and reciprocity, to determine whether or not there is an influence of village community social capital on the reciprocal relationship (reciprocity) of the people of Plosorejo Village and Kampung Coklat. Input data in this study using the results of questionnaires, interviews, and secondary data obtained from the results of institutional studies and literature studies. There are four variables used, including trust, norms, social networks, and reciprocity. Meanwhile, the analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study, trust is the most influential variable in the social capital of the people of Plosorejo Village, where each group of respondents has a fairly high trust value. For groups of respondents related to tourism and non-tourism, trust has a positive and significant effect on social capital with a total effect value of 0.491. For travel-related groups of respondents, trust has a positive and significant effect on social capital with a total effect value of 0.417. Whereas for respondents who are not at all related to tourism (non-tourism), trust has a positive and significant effect on social capital with a total influence value of 0.525. The link between social capital and community reciprocity has a weak percentage of influence. 4.1% for groups of respondents related to tourism and nontourism, 13.9% for groups of respondents related to tourism and 29.8% for respondents who are not related to tourism (non-tourism).
